The automation process, or creating a flow, is very simple, and there's extensive compatibility with many platforms. The good thing is that they have a roadmap for further expansion. Email delivery is very efficient—I'd say much better than other, more well-known systems—it's a very reliable email delivery system. For me, a change from the previous platform I had is the integration with Shopify. It's a very well-designed integration with full compatibility, and it adapts very well to all the actions and triggers my clients need. Encharge is a real discovery, and I'm delighted with the tool. However, the thing that's really impressed me is the behaviour triggers. Being able to group people based on how they interact with your emails – like clicking certain links – is just brilliant for sending really relevant and permission-based marketing. It makes personalisation a cinch. And the fact that it all connects up nicely with my other tools via Pabbly Connect and Zapier is a massive plus – no headaches there!
