It means we can message our customers easily and schedule messages too without massive costs. #### Cons It has an issue when you use the web page that it deletes all the text you have typed out if another message comes through or the page tries to update. I love the ease and simplicity of defining different groups and broadcasting notices and sending alerts to everyone in one swoop. I tried GoHighLevel and MailChimp but their SMS capabilities were made for a different use case. This is great for SMB direct communications and announcements. #### Cons The only con I can say is there is one person who I get alerted received a group text that she is not on. When I ask her however, she does not get it. So it must be some type of name mismatch with my own number. My experience has been great. The patrons in our irrigation district also love that they get updates. I needed to enter over 100 contacts in the program and it was very quick and easy to enter and categorize my contacts. #### Cons I don't like the review process. There are times that I need to send a text out right at that moment. For instance I needed to send a text saying that we were going to apply chemicals to weeds in our irrigation canals and the review took quite a long time because it had the word weed in it. #### Vendor response Hi Bailie, Thank you for sharing your experience!
