I enjoy the videos and groups features as I can get some escapism going as well as make like minded friends all over the world.

On the other hand, the tools are getting worse and worse to use, both on desktop and in apps. There are so many updates that I can't get used to anything that is changed.

It is also very cost effective. The option to boost posts is also great as you can reach a large audience with very minimal effort.

I love that they have integrated Marketplace into FB. This makes it a lot easier to buy/ sell in your own community, which i feel is more important than online sales from random places.

And coming out with new things. Great customer support that is very punctual and friendly and helps in any way.

As far as a web site creator, it is outstanding for the features that it has. Plus, one has the ability to extend the reach of the company's message.

Fake accounts and scams have made facebook a source of cyber bullying and others cyber crime. This is the main matter of concern for me.

My overall experience has been great. I have went from a struggling business owner when I started out, to feeling confident thanks to his easy the software makes the process.

Misuse for propoganda is something that irks me the most. Hollow policies intems of hate policing is also a matter of concern.

I love how the timeline is structured and how I can filter between social and news posts. Also, the advertising feature is quite powerful and it can be modified to reach your intended audience.

Bad (non existing) customer support, and bad user interface. It is critical to use Facebook in my business though.

I use Facebook for work and personal use. I love the fact that I can reach out to lots of people quickly and easily for any reason.

There is absolutely no customer service to talk to about anything at all so you're just banned with no other options. In that aspect it's extremely lacking.

I love being able to reach the people in our audience and love being able to have a space for our audience to connect with each other.

Facebook has been a great software  for my business needs. I think it's an accessible platform and cost friendly.

Easy to use, and has many useful features all for free, of course monetization isn't free.
