Best Non-profit Merchant
I'm currently working with my fifth customer and implementing FlipCause and my customers just love their services and customer service. So when my clients are happy I'm happy.
PROSCustomer service is their superpower. The software is definitely the easiest to use but their customer service is beyond anything I'm accustomed to. As a website developer I"m always advising clients on merchant services, and flipcause is my number one for nonprofits.
CONSThe portal is a little dated but has not reflection of the product or service.

All in One Winner
Since our first day, it has been really easy to work with FlipCause. Once you get used to the fact that you really don't talk on the phone but communicate via email, it's so easy. They also are really good about teaching people how to work within FlipCuase on their own via instructional Loom videos. Love those!
PROSFor our small nonprofit, FlipCause handles so much more than we could on our own - the website updating is amazing, the campaign creators are geniuses, and the reports are relatively easy to pull.
CONSIt seems there should be an easy way to run a report of the funds being transferred to the bank. I have yet to figure out how to do that easily and spend far too much time pulling out registrations versus donations so they can be entered into Quickbooks correctly.
Reason for choosing Flipcause
The range of services provided far exceeded the others, and knowing the annual fee wouldn't change, regardless of what other services they added, made it easy to choose them. We also tried Network for Good for one year and found it too expensive for what we needed, and they didn't handle the website, so we switched to FlipCause who made it super easy to switch - they did all the importing etc.
Reasons for switching to Flipcause
They were way more than we needed and the cost was much, much more - and they didn't handle our website!

Dreadful Company + Terrible Customer Service
Not one benefit. This was supposed to be for our agency website. We serve the homeless with severe and persistent mental illness and did not receive the support needed. What a waste of money - $3,600 + a pending $1,800 that I am currently disputing with our credit card company.
PROSI have nothing positive to say about this company!
CONSWe never got it to work. We paid for it for 2 years and now that I'm trying to terminate the 3rd year that I did not request, I am being given the run around.

Is Flipcause For You?
Overall we are happy with flipcause and believe you will be too!
PROSWe love the ease of use of the campaign builder, the beautiful reporting tool, Easy maintenance of the donor records, The simplification of the donor giving process and time it takes them to complete their contribution is good.
CONSWe believe the payout process needs upgrading to speed up the process and if the fee's can reduced even more or eliminated would be of great benefit as well as more of the donor dollar can go to the cause.
Reasons for switching to Flipcause
The Processing fees, Lenght of time it took for payouts, Dated donor forms and campaign pages made for a lengthy user experience. Overall That product was not for us.

Flipcause is fabulous
Flipcause makes campaign management easy and efficient, with clear reporting, user-friendly design, and an excellent end-user experience.
PROSFlipcause is so intuitive and easy to use. I love all the features, especially the campaign tools and reporting. The customer support is superb! My success team is professional, efficient, and timely.
CONSWe use a newsletter and website platform that does not integrate with Flipcause. Having said that, Flipcause is still easy to use, I have been able to create a design in Flipcause that appears seamless with our website platform.
Reasons for switching to Flipcause
Cost and functionality. Blackbaud was 4 times as costly, and didn't offer the easy functionality of Flipcause.
