Usefull
A Single Pane Of Glass for collecting, analyzing, and taking decisions for actions to be implemented in order to improve the conversions.Flexibility and responsiveness of the team to implement new features to help capture more insights about user behavior.
CONSMaybe a visual builder of the filters instead of using Regex will make it more accessible, but nowadays you can just ask AI to do the Regex for you

Easy of use. Colors. Insights. The fact that it can show me the bottlenecks in the path to conversion easily. The level of personalization.
CONSWas a bit of a learning curve. Took me a while to understand all the values and their meaning. Gladly, the team helped me with everything!

Great user behaviour analytics tool
Great customer service
PROSIt’s helped me to see where users are dropping out along the conversion funnel, so that I can make improvements to the website and increase our overall conversion rate.
CONSIt would be great to see where users are coming from externally onto the website too!
