New website for customers - local newspaper style - has been achieved much more easily and rapidly than we'd have managed with Foleon. It's a big investment but offers a lot of potential.

A great idea and easy product to use. Instant magazine is intuitive and creates a wonderful product.

What I liked least about this software was that there was absolutely no way to UNDO my actions, and I say it's a really serious issues, I almost lost what I did because of accidental clicks.

New features are introduced quite regularly making it easier to work with. You can hide from search engines (good for my publications as they are confidential and for internal use only).

Easy to work collaboratively while developing content. Great helpdesk team who so far have been abel to resolve any issue straight away.

I love the quality of the outcome and how easy it is to start a newsletter or event page.

Robust onboarding team got us going very quickly with the tool. In just over a week we were able to get trained up and publish our first annual report.

I will tell you when the new Drag & Drop Editor is totally ready to go. Integrating and monitoring Google Analytics on GA is hard to do.

The FAQ backup pages filled in many of the blanks when I got stuck. We are moving away from pdfs and this has great potential.

The only thing I am missing is a tool to send the newsletter.

We have parted brass rags, and paying for a year that we have no use for because we failed to cancel in time. Not people I would deal with again.

Foleon is an innovative, modern tool that produces great results.

The system is easy to use and very intuitive. I use the platform to publish a weekly update which I share with internal colleagues and I rarely have any issues in doing so.

It's been a great add for us and helped with user engagement. Also love the analytics aspect.

The drag and drop, honestly does not work properly. I honestly don't understand why this was introduced, it is clunky and unuseable for the most part.

Foleon's been great to work with, product and customer support team, and their knowledge base is incredibly robust.

Some of the features are still limited in what they can do, also have a little trouble compensating for screen size.

They have great customer service reps that are always offering help explaing what IM can be used for and just any general questions we have.

The software really helps to convert a contact into a sales opportunity. HubSpot has an excellent customer support team and the platform has how-to and detailed demo section for the starters.

Great automations, and lot's of useful integrations. Support is excellent and the product receives regular upgrades to enhance the experience.

Hubspot makes it easy to track emails, create and implement forms and monitor leads. Great all-purpose software that's easy to customize exactly how you need and the customer support is fantastic.

Reporting and analytics data is robust; integrations (like calendar)and booking meetings & links are awesome.

Due to my lack of fluency in English, I ended up leaving some courses incomplete. And I believe that it did not happen only with me.

Hubspot is amazing, with great tools for list building, segmentation and email marketing. The process for building emails is easy and enjoyable and the workflow automation is a breeze.

I have accidentally overlooked that property when I get on a roll and have emailed the wrong document to the wrong persona.

Support is bad, English only and often slow. Pricing has gotten worse over the years.

The ease of using the software is something superb. Also covering all the minute needs a company can have, in marketing, is amazing.

It helps in organizing your relationship with customers and helps in tracking leads. It helps in growing more traffic and converting them into visitors.

That it is free and it has amazing customer service. It’s really focuses on the consumer and company having a good relationship.

I find it super easy to chat with someone when I have a question and they are very hands on in helping you find a solution.

The only possible thing to dislike is the percentage threshold for Unsubscribes. Which can be annoying depending on the size of your audience.

Overall I have really enjoyed Hubspot and have been excited about exploring all that Hubspot is capable of.

Hubspot analytics are very terrible, and hard to integrate with Google Analytics.

The tool is very intuitive, the sales workflow is clear and help you to take control of your opportunities and your accounts. The alerts to contact your clients are very useful.

They helped us with customization. The price is excellent for the features and there is room to add things like marketing solutions as well.

I also manage my signature for emails and newsletters through hubspot directly to my gmail. It is very user friendly for someone who is not the best at technology and the help section is very useful.

What best suits me is the software's price, since I don't have a budget like the one I would like. However, HubSpot's tools allows me to handle my brand in a very professional way.

Ve been super impressed with the functionality and how much I can do with my email marketing using their software compared to other solutions out there.

Utilizing the features of this application I was able to launch to extremely successful sales campaigns. The application was responsive and the analytics were correct and useful.

This program is easy to use and easy to learn; we've been able to successfully onboard dozens of our employees to use the system successfully.

I like the email templates that help save time, how it can track who has opened a mailer or email and the ease of use in collecting a form.

One error in workflow or sequence can cause HAVOC across your account. There is no way to revert issues  without manually fixing them.

But I'm constantly learning about additional features that improve our ability to capture and convert leads. It integrates with everything and allows us to create amazing campaigns.

Hubspot has been super Easy to get started with and is great for a small start up with a free trial.

Overall, HubSpot is a fantastic tool for large corporations. Its integrated functions are outstanding and you can clearly understand how lead generation and sales funnels are performing.

Great, it takes time to learn all the details, it's not so easy from the very first use, but the support team is super helpful.

HubSpot customer service was the absolute worst experience.
