Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service that Gmail is offering. It has replaced outlook & Yahoo mail almost completely.

We have been using Gmail workplace from G-suite. This is the most native e-mailing software with all features available. It has a great management process onboard with automatic alignment for priority. It includes a great notification system & faster delivery.

I have no issues with this software. But It sometimes picks the normal email as a spam email. This is a minor issue though.

It's secure and easy to use. New emails are coming on time with no delays and that's good point that I want to say. Also registration was easier than I thought Im still using it for my personal work

To me, There is no any dislike featuers that I've met

Overall I will say gmail has more pros than cons! I use it every single day for a wide range of tasks, both professionally and in my personal life as well. I appreciate the ability to access most basic functions for free. I'm pretty sure, I would struggle to find a replacement for each and every way I utilize google every single day. I do worry about the monopoly-ish-type attributes I see in google as a whole though...

Hands down, in this moment in time, the most important & impactful feature of the gmail software is the ability to schedule send emails from both the mobile app and the desktop/web browser. My work provided email software does not make this feature available across platforms and this has impacted me negatively as a user. I suffer from attention deficits (as many of us do!) so if I am trying to send an email that has to be in at a certain time but its outside of the hours I want to be recorded sending it, then I may attempt to send it in the morning or later (depending on the situation) but I have then forgotten to do this at this later time! Gmail gets my vote for having this fully customizable feature to schedule send an email no matter how you are accessing your gmail account and has the feature easy to find every time!!! Thank you.

I really struggle with the inbox categorization. I haven't figured out how to ensure I am seeing all of the emails I am wanting to see in my initial inbox window. I have missed a few emails because I was only seeing "priority" or "important" etc.. but I would need to scroll down to "everything else" or "All mail" in order to find the one I needed to see!

Excellent. It allows us to conduct our business smoothly and it's rare that we miss something.

It's easy to set up and use. It also allows you to use a lot of the advanced features if you are so inclined.

I wish it had some native functionality that is provided by third-parties.

According to me , my over all experience of using gmail is very good and I highly recommend others also to use gmail.

It have the greatest spam blocker . While comparing to other different email programs, but only Gmail truly filters spam emails. Additionally, Gmail receives emails really quickly and without any lag. Additionally, I think the searching and filtering feature is dependable and quick. It aids in my email prioritization, organization, and productivity.

According to me ,generally there is no negative experience while using Gmail till today.

When it comes to email management, no body can beat the simplicity yet robust and powerful Gmail. We have been using Gmail from day one and it has been an amazing experience. The best thing I like about the service is the very clean interface of the inbox, being able to schedule emails, being able to add labels to emails and an very powerful search and filter feature.

There is nothing that I do not like about this product. However, I think the automatic tagging of important conversations could been improved but that is a minor flaw in a product that is full of amazing features.

I highly advocate using this solution as it is completely free and secure, and I have had tremendous success with it.

The only thing I find annoying is that my primary inbox gets people's responses when I send calendar invites. Gmail doesn't pick up on this—not even if I rename it to "Updates" or something else. Every time, I have to do that.

I have used Gmail for school and home for years and I have to say that it is very useful. It has been great to organize my emails and to filter out scams and spam. I have been able to send and receive emails with ease through Gmail.

It always has been slow and kind of buggy at times and flags family as spam.

Superb by and large, keeps me coordinated, and the capacity to make envelopes for messages is perfect for sorting out business records

I like that Gmail coordinates so well with other Google items/programs like Keep. I like the smooth work process this gives.

Gmail is the longest emails manager that i have use, either for personal use and business use. Throughout the years, Gmail has expended and giving better service for me especially when all the attachment file will be scanned first for any virus or malware before it will be available to be downloaded, it really help put ease to my mind.

Everyone has at least one Gmail account and i am one of them. Managing my personal email account is really easy as i can use it from my smartphone. They also has a good detection rate for spam email and i almost don't have to check my spam inbox anymore, as they really good at separating between legit and spam email.

There are not easy way to delete the email in my inbox. I have to select each of the email to delete it and no way to select everything in bulk, and delete them altogether. There are also no option to archive my email to off sites storage, everything is only accessible online and not offline.

Gmail is an excellent E-mail platfrom that I've been using as my primary email service from many years. It is easy to send and receive emails and organize them in it.

Gmail is an excellent email service and is consistently evolving with time. It has a very pleasent and user-friendly interface and allows you to easily compose and read emails. Its basic free version offers quite a good amount of storage space for E-mails and attachments. Your gmail id is used to operate a lot of Google applications and hence offers a high degree of accessibility and integration. As it also works with Google contacts, you readily get your contacts in the email client. Apart from the basic web version, it has dedicated Email app available for all smartphone platforms. You can easily edit and rename folders and labels in it to sort your mails of interest together. Apart from that, your google docs, sheets, drive etc files syncs to your Gmail, that you can access from anywhere just by logging in to your Gmail account.

Though it do not have any major flaws, but the one thing that some times prove to be very annoying is that attaching a single attachment file exceeding 30 MBs limit in size is not allowed in it.

My experience overall is amazing I can easily send any type of file, the fact that I can sync my phone, tablet and have everything attached to one account is the best. I love that I can group chat, the fact alone of you can make phone calls on it it’s more then enough reason to use it and super easy to send attachments.

It’s extremely user friendly. I love the fact that even if you WiFi is acting wacky you can still read and respond to your emails as well as search your emails with little to no connection. It has features like google chat or google meet, Which you can talk to people within your office. Also you can even send out calendar invitations or staff members and family that tend to forget everything lol. Gmail blocks 99% of dangerous emails before they even hit your inbox. It’s great that you can use it on your phone and desktop really easy. Huge storage space which is a plus

I don’t like that you can’t backup or download your email box. Also it doesn’t store our pictures separately like Facebook. The annoying thing is google auto reads all of your emails blah

I very much enjoy Gmail and cannot see myself going to another email server. I grew up on Yahoo and AOL, but Gmail has been the best service I have used hands down.

I love how I can integrate all of my email addresses easily into one app. I have different email addresses for different things in my life, and Gmail makes organizing these emails a breeze. I get all my notifications from my email accounts, and Gmail will be sure to specify which account the email is going into. I also love how easily accessible they make my Google Drive so I don't have to spend time in a separate app messing with that. I've used Gmail for probably over ten years now and never plan on going with another email server.

Honestly, the only downside that I have ever had with Gmail is that I will sometimes not receive important emails because Google has designated them as spam. This has only happened a handful of times, and when it does go to my spam folder, it's always easy to retrieve my messages.

I would prefer a better GMAIL. However, when I seek out 3rd party options, Gmail remains the most reliable system. I fear however that as it grows, it monopolizes processes that forces the smaller company's out. Already, it picks and chooses those with whom it works like Zoom. (Why can't I add other webinar services...like LIVEWEBINAR for example as an option?)

It is great that IT is ALL there and that I can pretty much arrange emails as I would like. EVERYONE integrates their products with gmail. No worries or concerns there. It works...99.9% of the time.

Searching for things...a problem. Setting up multiple email addresses is daunting. Why can't I make the UX more to my liking (ie. color options like Yahoo).

I have been using Gmail since beta testing it before it became live for all to use and I have not gone back. I do have several other emails on other apps like Outlook and Yahoo, but I never use them and keep coming back to my Gmail and its clean integration into all my other Google services.

The functionality of Gmail is not only robust, but it is simple to master and will soon have you integrating with your calendar and with the many other add-ons you can attach.

The only improvement I would make is to flip the current/response message to the top of emails as it currently shows below

Gmail has a clean look to it, it is easy enough to read messages and the options (e.g., sending messages at a specific time, snoozing e-mails) are helpful. The integration with calendar and the cloud works well, better than some of the competitors that I've used in the past.

There are three things that I struggle with the most using Gmail (note that I am historically a Microsoft Outlook user): 1. I do not think that the "Archive" folder is intuitive and I struggle to find my e-mails when I archive them which has led me to stop using the feature, which is a problem given I like to keep my inbox organized 2. I appreciate the integration with calendar and I have used it often but have often come across issues where I am trying to share a calendar with collaborations from other locations and it will not allow me to share the calendar. 3. When I reply to an e-mail, instead of my reply being on top, it is at the very bottom, to me this is the opposite of what I would expect and often have trouble finding my draft after I scrolled up to review the respondent's email.

With Gmail, I and my team receives messages faster and even star the messages so we can quickly find them whenever we need them.

I've been on gmail since it came out decades ago, and can't imagine going with any other service for my daily driver email use.

It's free for normal use, and for Gapps use it's cheaper than Microsoft's offering. It organizes your email into 3 or 4 categories by default that really helps stay on top of things.

There's been a few changes over the years that have made it so when you go to sign up you get asked things that aren't relevant to needing email. Google doesn't need to know my gender for email to work and asking me it is both invasive to ask and untrustable in the current climate to have that information stored by some corporation.

Gmail is easily my go-to email service provider. With its intuitive interface and easy integration across all other GSuite apps, gmail is a powerful tool that has a lot to offer both businesses and individuals, even in the free version.

Gmail offers quick email delivery, works well for sending emails to individuals or groups of people and is very easy to use. I love their intuitive and highly customizable interface. The best part is the categorization of your mails. You can create categories and tags and configure it so that mails from a particular address only show up in the assigned categories. I found this feature very helpful. It also integrates easily with other GSuite apps like Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive etc, which is an added bonus and sometimes the only tools you need for your business or personal use. You can pick also your own themes and colors, which is nice. The draft feature saves your message real-time, which can be a lifesaver. Gmail sign-in is offered on millions of websites on the internet, so a gmail address is all you need to be authorized anywhere. It also has 15 GB cloud storage in the free version, which is more than enough for most users.

The auto-categorization of received mails as Promotions, Social, and Primary isn't efficient, as same types of emails can be found at each of these. The spam filter also needs improvement. The trash being emptied after a month could have been an optional feature. The excessive information that Google tracks about you (which can be viewed in Activity) can bother some people who have privacy concerns. Beyond the free version, the pricing is a bit expensive though.

The experience with Gmail is nice with no regrets. Its so good and handy when it comes to sending and receiving mails. I had been using Gmail for more than 10 years and its the reason why I like Gmail so much as it easy, safe and accurate way for mailing.

This software Gmail is the most popular Mailing Software till date. It allows us to send or receive files from person to person. It privacy maintenance is too good as it keeps the mails in spam if the sender is risky or doubtful. Not only this Gmail account is the most valued account all over internet as it can be used t sign up new pages or sites in order to keep in contact. When we unknowingly close the software the things we never saved goes to draft automatically which is the most useful function. And there is no limitation for the mails to receive and send.

The most disliked part of this software is that only 25 MB is sendable which is sometimes inconvievent to send multiple photos and pdf of large books so had to download compressor apps for that. The other thing that I don't like about it is that sometimes the file received takes too long to open and becomes flustrating.

I had a long lasting relationship with Gmail. I use Gmail for all my personal tasks and communication as well as my client has recently moved to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and has migrated all official communication to secured Gmail platform, Initially we had some glitches which is common when you migrate from one platform to another, but now the email runs very smooth. We have different plugins installed with Gmail, such as Google Chat, Hangouts, Google Docs, Sheets and a lot more and it make works a lot easy. Everything is available on the tips and now we can access email from our cell phones as well. Since the work has gone remote, it is really to keep grasp on communication and not missed on any important alert. I would recommend any organization to switch to Gmail platform for its official communication. It is secure, legit and the best part is that you would be having Google working for you.

Gmail is the most prestigious free email service which has been there since beginning of information age. Almost every single individual has an email account register with Gmail. It is free, you get up to 15 GB free cloud space which none of the other email service provide. You can create different folders (labels) as per your need and requirement. Set up email filters, block random marketing emails, access your email on the go from any place on the earth with internet, You can also use the google chat option and connect with your loved ones from within Gmail. Define categories as you like to help manage your emails with more accuracy. It keeps you informed, how much storage space you have used and accordingly you can buy more storage space or delete some items to create space. You can star your important emails to find them quickly and also sync up your important meetings with google calendar so you do not lose track of anything which is important. It lets to install variety of plugins to make work more easier for you. Recently one of our client has moved to Google Cloud Platform and has migrated all official email communication to secured Gmail platform. This era would not move forward without GMAIL.

There is no customer call service, you have to submit a google form in order to report an issue with respect to Gmail, which is time taking as the customer service takes at least 24 hours time to respond to your query. I hope Google is working on this to resolve this timeline to minimum.

My experience with Gmail has been fantastic. I love how new features have been introduced to meet the needs of the users for every line of work and life. I teach special education and my students range from K-8 grade in ability level. Gmail is a form of communication they have independently used to contact me during the pandemic for assistance. They know if the click on the "M" at the bottom of the screen, click the plus sign (to open an email), and start typing my name, the address bar will auto fill with my email. They can type "help", screen shot what they need help with, or send me a blank email but with Gmail they can communicate where otherwise they would not have bene able to. Thank you Google!

The ability to customize so much in this email software is priceless. I love being able to make specific folders for topics to help keep me organized. The search tool is like none I have used before. If I can not find an email using the search tool, it isn't there. The sofrtware suggests grammar and punctuation errors for correction and has a retraction button after you hit send that you can set for a specific amount of time. I am bad for forgetting to attach documents so the "undo send" feature has helped hide that many times. After hitting send, I realize I didn't attach a document, click undo send, attach the document, and send. It is priceless!

I do not like that in the past year or so most of the Google apps icons became SO similar. I use most of the Google apps because of the ease, accuracy, and reliability. All of the icons now have one multi-colored shape or symbol on a solid white background. It truly makes them more dififcult to find when in a hurry for me personally. Luckily, Gmail is a Big letter"M" so it is fairly easy to find.
