Customer service is terrible, we need the ability to talk to a rep. Banning happens for no reason.

My experience so far is that it has been very easy to get started with Vbout. Setup has been pretty intuitive, and everything has worked as expected.

Vbout is not a software that you start using and after 20 minutes you know how everything works. No, with this platform the learning curve is a bit steeper.

The drag and drop feature of Vbout makes it easy to set up custom email sequences that are suited for my recipients. It's a great marketing tool for business owners who want to increase conversions.

If you still have specific wishes their support team jumps on it and customise the landing page according to your wishes. I was impressed by the support team and even the CEO offers great support.

And it's missing the mobile app. My use case would be to schedule the social posts from mobile.

I love this software, is very easy to use even if you are not a programmer or web developer, all of the features are well designed and very intuitive.
