Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- We've been paid customers for several years now and find the price a little high as we gain users (small nonprofit), but still within budget.
- Mandrill used to be the go-to transactional email service. It had free plans, great and easy to use hooks and templating system.
Cons
- I wish that I could have more history for rejected and failed messages.
- Mailchimp is not for affiliate marketers, they are very strict about it. They will cancel your account if you do affiliate marketing, so this is not for you if you're an affiliate.
