  • Pros

  • G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
  • The Gsuite is very easy use and offers a good amount of features. Implementation and use was simple and I am very impressed with how helpful using this was to my productivity and day-to-day.
  • This software is a flexible and innovative solution for people and organizations that want to grow. Inside are productivity and collaboration tools, perfect for all ways of working.
  • Cons

  • Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
  • The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
  • Frustrating "enhancements" that miss the mark and leave you scratching your head as to why Google didn't foresee the obviously omission or weakness.

  • I love the ease of the app. I love adding shift opportunities and staff being able to request time off, drop shifts and pick up shifts as they wish.
  • Great application that keeps improving every update. Team is dedicated to making this software the best on the market.
  • Ease of use, ease of setup, setup is organized and clear, love that it notifies my staff when I publish a schedule and is integrated with phone platforms/has an app.
  • Cons

  • I don’t like that I can’t block off a block of days for requests off all at once. You have to do each fail individually.
  • The functionality of the computer website is awful compared to the mobile browser. Many of the features I did not know how to access for the first month of using the product.
  • I looked at software that is more streamed to what we use it for, but the response from support was pathetic so I stayed with SimSim.
