Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- Ability to quickly compare PPC keyword overlap between competitors and identify top competitors for your particular domain.
- I really love the ability to quickly find information for ad campaigns while both sitting with prospective buyers, and for my team to use to optimize campaigns.
Cons
- The interface isn't quite as intuitive as it could be, but once you have taken the time to learn the ins and outs it will begin to pay off.
- We've found other software options to be more accurate with the data by testing it on ourselves. Sadly, you have to take every report with a grain of salt.
