Pros/Cons
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- The Gsuite is very easy use and offers a good amount of features. Implementation and use was simple and I am very impressed with how helpful using this was to my productivity and day-to-day.
- This software is a flexible and innovative solution for people and organizations that want to grow. Inside are productivity and collaboration tools, perfect for all ways of working.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
- Frustrating "enhancements" that miss the mark and leave you scratching your head as to why Google didn't foresee the obviously omission or weakness.
Pros
- I am very pleased with the software and have also recommended it to a few companies in the UK. They have expressed interest in starting to use it when they have any recruitment processes coming up.
- I am super happy about our decision to start using RecruitLab. Our process is clear and fast thanks to the tool.
- It offers so much more opportunities for automation and therefore helps to save time. You have all the candidates on one page and it is easy to move them from one section to another.
Cons
- It has limited use of functions for the job ad landing page. You can´t use your fonts or colours.
- Integrations are difficult but this is because of the nuances of our company structure & policy.
- Whenever I had problems, they were solved quickly and professionally. Now that I´ve been using it, it all makes sense now.
