  • The price is a no-brainer if you are managing multiple locations and/or clients. Great value for the price.
  • Great Customer Service, CSR did a quick training for me and explain what work the best in the market. Explain more about SW Capabilities.
  • Cons

  • No deeplinking support for native mobile apps. Breaks all the time causing angry clients.
  • The lack of Yelp data is an obstacle for me. It leaves me with an incomplete picture which results in inaccurate reporting.
