I was very impressed at how quickly tech support responded to my question and diagnosed that my google sync was off. Once that was identified the tool was operational.

The software is simple and offers the basic to meet the needs of capturing the answers to the questions people asking when they join a group. Some of the tools out there have so many features they are hard to use. This extension does exactly what is says in a very easy way. I was able to get it installed and operating in less than 30 minutes!

I was a bit confused about how the enable/disabled buttons works at first, It was not clear at first, but once I watched a video I understood.

It sorts the people in my group in a serial way and automatically enables me to communicate with them.

There is no problem of contraction and freezing, it facilitates communication with the auxiliary tools inside, and the price is also affordable.

Voices can be mixed when two people are talking at the same time.

It connects with Google Drive which allows us to create lists HubSpot. The site's FAQs are helpful.

Customer service is non-existent for a company based outside of the US. The software sometimes disconnects from Google Sheets.

Group Leads has allowed me to save time and do tasks I would otherwise have needed to pay someone or spend time doing myself. A definite positive and no-brainer investment if you have a Facebook Group.

You can set it and forget it with this software. Setting it up was super easy and the integration was seamless. I chose Group Leads initially because the is no need for Zapier or another "connection" tool. It connects directly with my email provider which is so great!

I love that it does exactly what it's supposed to do with no to few bugs in my experience. It makes things extremely convenient as before I would have to copy and paste email addresses to my mailing list software. Though I don't use it, you can send welcome notes or a rejection explanation to each new member. Group Leads is constantly updated and the developer informs us of updates beforehand.

Nothing, it does its job exactly. I don't have any complaints as the developer updates once there's an issue.

I compared the 3 main players in this space and we chose Group Leads because it was the ONLY one that allows you to approve members individually (vs only the Approve All feature). With hundreds of people requesting accessing to our group each week, this makes it so much easier. Also, it allows direct integration to our CRM without needing Zapier!

So far, there isn't anything we don't' like about this software.

This nice plug-in delivers an excellent user experience to our dear FB group members. It also saved me hundreds of hours by automating my tasks. I love it.

Group Leads is a HUGEEEE timesaver if you have a private Facebook group with entry questions.

It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work for me. But it always seems to work for my VA so it's probably user error on my end, to be honest.

Overall, it's been great. A few bumps here and there, but the biggest fear has always been if it suddenly stopped working because it plays such a huge role in our business now.

This software pretty much runs on its own and eliminates A LOT of tedious work from our processes. After it's set up, it's as if you have someone working hours for you every day.

If anything, it's occasional errors which usually come after Facebook updates, but corrections are made promptly.

Our whole lead flow goes through groupleads and have seen record quarters every quarter since.

Groupleads integrations into CRM platforms allow us to customize lead follow up for any parameters we need with out any issue.

Some glitches in the software, but is to be expected as Facebook is regularly updating their code. Groupleads is fast on updates.

Oh my, there is so much. The ability to save people's answers when they join my group on a spreadsheet and instantly upload their email in my auto-responder is a complete time-saver. But they have so many other features. The auto-approve offers more flexibility then Facebook can, they just added a feature to send a personalized welcome email to people who join the group... There is so much good about Group Leads. Everyone who manages a Facebook group needs this extension. Period.

The only downside I could find was that I some functionalities are not possible to be used with Brave browser at the moment, but this is not necessarily Group Lead's fault... Aside from that tiny little thing which has an easy work-around, everything is amazing.

The ability to capture all of the info from leads coming into my FB group has been a huge game changer. Not only did this provide a way to automatically subscribe those who want to be on my email list, it has been great for market research as well

None that I’ve experienced. I did have some trouble the first time I set it up but had a walkthrough calm and all was fixed. Amazing service. Since then I have set it up for clients with no problems

I LOVE sending welcome PMs with GroupLeads—this ensures I message every single contact in my Facebook Group! And even better — you can use a shortcode to embed the person's name in your message!

A more clear setup video tutorial would have been helpful. Occasional updates can be confusing, but GL is good about letting us know in the FB group.

This software allows me to not only capture the intake questions of my group members but also to seamlessly add them to my email list automatically! From there, they get a welcome sequence and it's all done with just the one click of accepting them into my Facebook group.

Getting in touch with customer service was a long, incredibly frustrating experience.

I wish I knew. I paid for it, struggled with getting support to answer me (long enough for my free trial to run out and start getting charged money) and in the end, Group Leads never worked. I am a tech saavy person and even support couldn't get it to work for me and refunded my money.

I was pretty upset that it didn't work. I didn't like how everything that sold me on Group Leads I didn't get.

A useful tool and an easy-to-use Chrome extension

Previously, it used to log me out now and again, but a new software update has fixed this

It's so easy to use, and it offers an extremely unique functionality that makes a huge (easy) difference for lead gen/capture. More impressively is the customer support. If I've ever had a problem, the response time is quick and personalized. So great.

There's nothing actually that I don't like about the software! Only that I have to log back in every so often which is a two-part process.

1st let me start by saying that the customer service is excellent! Anytime there has been the slightest hit of an issue, the team is always available to help. The application itself was easy to set up and easy to use Way more valuable than the price!

I wish the software added a function to continue auto leads after a member enters the community.

I contacted customer support. Getting back to me was not reasonable. The person did not show up to Zoom call to resolve my issue.

Uploading Member Information worked. However, the app took over my site and I could not access it unless I disabled it completely. Now I can't use it.

No control over my Facebook group. Unable to program easily.
