Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I really love Hatchbuck. It has transformed my company in terms of lead tracking and management. It's so easy to set up and use, and is extremely well-priced.

  • Getting immediately response to emails we send out. We can react appropriately!

  • Cons

  • It does require some time and commitment to learn, as any new program would, but as long as you're committed to it, it's invaluable.

  • I basically like everything about Hatchbuck. However, the front-end learning process takes a little while to become accustomed to how to navigate the program and reap the greatest benefits.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that this software is easy to use and is very versatile. The ability to save a new template is a huge plus. We use this product at least once a month.

  • The customer service is always great and very responsive. I like the pre-made templates that come prebuilt.

  • Cons

  • The new email editor is a big improvement but still feels a bit clunky. I also wish there was an easier way to manage bounces - figure out why contacts are bouncing and resolve the problem.

  • The website is a little buggy. But since I first started using iContact, they have improve so much and its easier to use.
