I'm not sure if there's anything I don't like. Just sometimes I don't receive a notification when someone texts me, or the messages are delayed.

I searched for some time to find it. I highly recommend it to those who want to build a clientele steadily and easily.

It is very easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. It works as expected and has some important features like lists that go a long way.

The customer service lacks a bit; it seems they use the same product to communicate/resolve technical issues, and the software is not capable of handling it. Issues get lost and sometimes unanswered.

I can create groups for ease of targeting a specific group with a message. I love the ease of it connecting to my contacts already in my phone.

Laggy, does not always sync well across all platforms.

Easy to use and feels like native text messaging, but with some amazing additional features so that our whole team can field messages from our customers.

It is now included in a more expensive plan. We were very disappointed when we lost the feature.

We like that it's an easy SMS App,  also the integration with ZD, we can set up templates and use the same one for automated messages like collections or surveys, which is great.

With ease I was able to communicate with my associates as a group they were categorized in or the whole roster.

Heymarket really makes it easy to contact a large group, quickly with information - it is one of the best features I have encountered lately.

I love that I can create and save templates and send emails to groups that are sent individually and personalized with each customer's name. SO MANY things I love about this app.

Plus the Customer Service is excellent. I always receive replies quickly and they are able to help troubleshoot any issues I'm having.

My overall experience has been good because again, they have great customer service.

One of the features that drew us to Heymarket was that the text messages would come from our company phone number. Unfortunately it turns out there is a limit to how many texts can be sent this way.

Overall a good product, but lacking in some features like automatic campaigns. I had to pair it with Zapier in order to automate things and I wish it was just already there.

Can create pretty complex automation in a short time once you get the hang of it. Integrations to other tools are very helpful.

The support team is available 24/7, the setup is super easy, the features are amazing and the design of the software is awesome, I am very pleased with the service & highly recommend it.

It is a complex, corporate-level tool and has the user interface of one. It takes time and effort to go through the training, otherwise I would be a bit lost.

But I was amazed how comprehensive on-boarding was; there are a lot of high quality material prepared to help with the process.

I love how easy to use VBOUT is, it is so simple to use and the integrations are great. Using the social media automation features, I can schedule my social media posts in advance.

Not only does it help me with my email marketing, but with my social media, landing pages and SMS, too. I'm able to manage my leads with ease, and track my success with the CRM integration.

The device is truly simple to utilize and include rich at a serious cost contrasted with different players like Act-on and Hubspot I have utilized.

I love the fact that I can use this app for many things including building a form to collect leads, a landing page, social marketing, Email marketing and a superb email automation.

The customer journey was at first confusing, but once I learned how to use it, it helped show my other group members what we are doing and how we do it.

VBout is powerful software that allows you to create landing pages with little to no tech skills. It's simple, fast, and has a great tech support team to help you along the way.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to implement it after the PoC due to specific requirements internally.

My experience so far is that it has been very easy to get started with Vbout. Setup has been pretty intuitive, and everything has worked as expected.

Vbout is not a software that you start using and after 20 minutes you know how everything works. No, with this platform the learning curve is a bit steeper.

The drag and drop feature of Vbout makes it easy to set up custom email sequences that are suited for my recipients. It's a great marketing tool for business owners who want to increase conversions.

If you still have specific wishes their support team jumps on it and customise the landing page according to your wishes. I was impressed by the support team and even the CEO offers great support.

And it's missing the mobile app. My use case would be to schedule the social posts from mobile.

I love this software, is very easy to use even if you are not a programmer or web developer, all of the features are well designed and very intuitive.

I don't have a lot to complain about. But there are a lot of features, so takes a little time to learn everything.

Support is amazing and the roadmap is exciting; I'm looking forward to seeing more of what VBOUT can do.

I love that I can set up a custom email sequence with VBOUT and use the drag-and-drop visual automation feature to create an email that is perfect for the person I am reaching out to.

Discovering Vbout has been a great surprise for me and has definitely improved my marketing strategies. I have spent several hours on it, but I think it has been worth it.

Its Marketing campaign builder is very similar to Infusionsoft, the platform that I have been using for long time. But Vbout has more user friendly and more brilliant features.

There are so many ways to customize my campaigns and automations, which is perfect for creating great funnels and optimizing how I interact with leads and customers.

The other obvious advantage is that having an all-in-one platform allows me to have a great deal of analytics right at my fingertips.
