La APP de móvil funciona regular, a menudo se eliminan los datos de registro y tienes que volver a conectar tus redes.

La plataforma es muy fácil de manejar, es sencilla y cuenta con una gran variedad de posibilidades para crear tus campañas. Hay muchos creadores de contenido con los que poder colaborar, de todas las edades, variedad en cuanto a seguidores y engagement y que cuentan con diferentes características para encajar en las distintas campañas.

A veces puede resultar un poco complejo el coordinar las acciones con los creadores (esto afecta más a nuestro producto en concreto, puesto que requerimos de una conversación fluida con ellos y contamos con tiempos ajustados, generalmente).

Les fonctionnalités sont très rapides à prendre en main et le logiciel est très ludique dans sa configuration et son design. La création des campagnes se fait très rapidement et nous pouvons toujours compter sur les équipes d'Hivency, professionnelle et bienveillante pour nous aider et suivre notre évolution !

#### Pros

La plateforme est très intuitive et depuis plus d'un an nous avons pu activer énormément de micro-influenceurs qui ont participé au rayonnement et à la mise en avant de Rocambole. Nous avons de plus en plus de postulants et le bouche à oreille grâce aux diverses publications est nettement identifiable ! En plus de ça, l'accompagnement est au top du top !

#### Cons

J'aurais aimé activer des influenceurs avec parfois des communautés plus importantes mais cela dit cela s'apparenterait à des partenariats rémunérés et ce n'est pas le but ici. Rien à redire sinon :)

Plateforme intuitive et user-friendly / Nombreuses possibilités de campagnes : RS variés, plusieurs objectifs de campagne disponibles / Reporting facile et immédiat via l'outil / Outil téléchargement d'image très pratique / Accompagnement de l'équipe Hivency, réactive et disponible

Mises en place logistiques ne sont pas toujours les plus simples (délais incompressibles, suivi stock parfois compliqué etc)

Lo resumiría en 4 adjetivos: Rápida, sencilla, fiable y cómoda. Un sistema muy intuitivo que da mucho juego a poder crear campañas geniales que den un muy buen resultado para la introducción de nuestros productos. Además de una atención espectacular gracias a los asesores de la plataforma.

Me encanta la facilidad de uso de la plataforma. Los trámites a seguir bien estructurados. Van ampliando las funcionalidades y son cada vez más fáciles e intuitivas. Espectacular la comunicación con los asesores: rápida, cómoda y resolutiva.

Desconozco la gestion con los influencers, pero en cuestión de error, los influencers contactan con nosotros como si pudieramos solucionar sus incidencias. Quizas este es el apartado que deberia trabajarse: La relación entre influencers/plataforma
