So you sched to post a pic or video on multiple platforms and when you see the post later is cut down to a funky size and those post preform justifiably terrible. At that point you're making separate posts and it's not saving any time, automated posting becomes the only perk and for that price you can forget it. I have been extremely happy since day one. Also the customer service is great. There was an issue with adding my media directly ( could only make new posts from ones already posted to social media platforms) but customer service responded quickly on this issue. They were aware of the issue and told me it was being correct in the next update and would let me know personally when the update was available. Everything is clear, nicely looking and overall intuitive. The app runs fast and smoothly. #### Cons It still needs some tweaks and additions here and there. For example, the UI tooltips are sometimes clipped. A dark mode feature would be excellent. Knowing what time to post is crucial for the best possible reach/ interaction. Sometimes thats impossible to hit at the same time everyday, especially if its early in the morning or late at night.
