Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love this software because unlike meta business suite it’s ease of use is far superior. I randomly downloaded this app in place of another famous app that cost a lot and was mind blown.
- I'm so happy and excited to have this kind of an application that makes life easier for everyone.
- The ease of use, and the various services I can use. The interface is great, and super easy to navigate, and understand.
Cons
- I also tried to connect it to social channels - which is the whole point of this app - and that failed miserably.
- It's annoying that when you copy a post to re-use it, if you change the photo or edit the post you have to do this separately for each social media platform within the post.
- Lack of integrations for websites. Needs WP or RSS or Wix sync for auto-posting.
Pros
- As a soloprenuer, I love that it's affordable, custom branding, content curation feature, and the customer service has been very responsive and helpful.
- I love that everything is clear and effective. I have barely had blunders and those were because of missteps on our end.
- What has impressed me most was having such great tools, at an affordable price, and then having a live demo when I signed up for my trial. All this and support too.
Cons
- There is no automatic alert if any queue where to fail. This has only happened once in the past 8 months of using Social Pilot but you do need to keep you eye on the posting queue.
- Lack of video upload, lack of Instagram analytics, weak suggestions.
- The reporting seems a little light and inconsistent. There are no rollup reports.
