Hootsuite vs Socialbakers

The interface is not as intuitive as some other products we use, but once you get used to it the tool is easy to navigate.

It is a great software, but it is very limited with the free version. You are only able to select a few profiles, and sites to post from and to.

The publishing feature, as the API doesn't allow for the extent of features available when scheduling content natively in each platform. This is a limitation from Facebook, however.

Nothing too major -- just wanting to add more QoL stuff like notification alerts, etc.
