Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the user interface for Hootsuite, it is clean simple and the reporting is great. It is also very easy to use.

  • Really easy to use and can be used across regions. I've had really great success with the Hootsuite Chat function and customer support. They are constantly adding new features.

  • Cons

  • The interface is not as intuitive as some other products we use, but once you get used to it the tool is easy to navigate.

  • It is a great software, but it is very limited with the free version. You are only able to select a few profiles, and sites to post from and to.

  • Pros

  • Super fast to integrate. Lots of code examples.

  • Super easy service to set up number. Wether I need to provision a number for texting and voice or fax, Twilio is my favorite phone provider to use.

  • Cons

  • It's a little intimidating at first. Lots of setup behind the scenes. However, once it's set up, it's a very solid product!

  • Debugging the product is a bit time consuming, but it is getting better.
