There are many aspects of the Hopper HQ software which I enjoy. The utmost, is the ability to take a couple hours to schedule three months in advance for not only Facebook, but also Instagram.

I am still relatively new to the software so I am yet to find anything I really dislike.

The ability to choose specific times is so helpful. The best part is the ability to do it all on my laptop without ever needing my phone.

Hopper has an intuitive user experience that allows for me to quickly schedule posts for the future. Saves me time and money for sure.

We had a few days during which our scheduled post did not post on Instagram which was quite disappointing.

The function of scheduling is super easy and very intuitive. It only took me about 5 minutes and I pretty much had it nailed down.

The programme even allows us to set up dates and times that posts will be sent out which takes away a huge amount of stress/organisation to the job. Great product worth every penny.

The software works , is easy to use. And the interface is very friendly.

The customer service team are also very responsive and friendly - highly recommend Hopper HQ.

The ability to easily and quickly schedule out posts for multiple social accounts. The calendar view functionality helps with social plans and broadcasting for the future.

The Facebook sync is something that I found to be annoying.

It's easy to use, too--most tasks are self-explanatory. It does the job for me--I don't really need much more than what it already does, and I'm hoping the ease-of-use will not change in future.

Also the ability to search hashtags by keywords that also show how many posts each keyword has is of great benefit.

After months of frustration, we asked them to shut down our account literally on the day the payment was being withdrawn.

I like the ability to be able to post from my laptop. The time post is great also.

Does more than the others... you can check all the boxes,  first comment, location, hash tags-- all searchable which is good.

It's super helpful and really useful in terms of Social Automisation. Now I can spend my time one the most important tasks.

Furthermore, the interface is very user-friendly, super easy to navigate and get used to.

Really good, straightforward layout. I love that you can time posts and change the date/time really easy, in the Grid Planner panel itself.

There has been more than one occasion where the software froze & I lost my planned posts.

The easy of being about to post to Instagram. I don't use my cell phone for social media, so doing it through the app is awesome.

The ease of use is amazing and it Hopper HQ is the most cost effective. Posts are always on time and customer service when things go wrong is amazing.

It's reliable and easy to use, it has a twitter side, and has really exceptional customer service. They are nice people to interact with, and that counts a lot for me.

The customer service is great, always kind supportive and answers in tight timing. It is easy to use this app and it envolves all the social medias, like many other apps can't do.

Since building content can be a lot of work never do you want to be in a position to loose it by accident.

Everything it does is wonderful, but I'd like for it to do one more thing.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

This software will help you to build your sales and marketing in the industry, salesforce is a great software and value for money, so therefore I recommend it to the user.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
