Over all HubSpot can be a really great tool. Overall though they are really pricing out businesses that could thrive with their platform but just can't afford the growing cost that comes with some really beneficial features.

It still has a ton of features and capabilities for data and information retention and marketing and sales.

Cons:

The price is just getting out of control. All the best features continue to get pay walled behind subscriptions that continue to get more and more expensive.

Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub has proven to be a valuable resource in our sales process. It makes client communication and workflow management easier with multiple accounts. Some of the more advanced features have a learning curve to them but for email campaigns and contact organization, they are worth the few minor glitches. When I did need any form of assistance, the customer support departments have been receptive as well.

I appreciate HubSpot's consolidated nature for all my contacts and email exchanges. Having the ability to track the conversations and deal stages without having to hop from one tool to another is nice, as I work with both individual clients and larger clients. I've been utilizing the email template option when following up and am grateful to the information about open and click rates as it's helped me to fine-tune the way I am approaching individuals.

Cons:

It might be a bit clunky for more extensive contact lists. I have had to deal with CSV formatting problems which involved a certain amount of trial and error. Moreover, if you're not familiar with the software beforehand, it can be overbearing to make more complex email workflows. A better onboarding experience for those areas would smooth the experience.

I like HubSpot's user-friendly interface. I like being able to easily track all my daily tasks to complete. In my role I am able to easily ensure proper CRM hygiene of my prospects and use HubSpot's AI tools for email writing and discovery call notes.

Cons:

There is a specific limit on how many contacts you can export into HubSpot and when you go over that limit the price tiers can get expensive.
