2 year experience with thispPerfect integrated analytics tool

I have been working with HubSpot for 2 years now It allows a very high ROI, For example, as it helps you to focus on different areas, I saw an increment in our social media following grow, And not only follower’s growth but also the engagement rate. So, I can recommend this to any other marketing agencies who face difficulties in ROI & Sales. In future I hope they will have more functionalities for customization.

Pros

I discovered HubSpot through their blog article. Although I read the reviews about it and I started to use the trail version. After one month I felt very comfortable with the tool. The price is little bit expensive for me. However, when I compared with the other tools, It was totally worth the price.

There is So much to mention but I really want to highlight these areas. The tool is Integrated Digital Platform for Marketing, CRM & Sales. So, it takes care of all the repetitive tasks so that you focus on the proposed areas. Besides, it’s a powerful tool for brand visibility.

Cons

I do not see anything negative since the platform is regularly making improvements. However, I would like to highlight one point that I face difficulties when I handle large volume of posts. So, this offers limited possibilities for more advanced customization.

Fantastic tool to manage the leads

Overall, i would like to say that its a really amazing tool to manage the customer leads and other customer stuff within a single platform easily.

Pros

Hubspot is very good tool to organise the leads into an integrated system and can organise them in a well mannered way. Hubspot can be integrated with any CMS and framework to collect the leads from various web pages. Hubspot provides easy integration with any development language.

Cons

One thing i don't like about the Hubspot is that its sales version have limited kinds of features. Otherwise its a very good software to manage customers.

A must tool especially for budding entreprenuers

The ease of use further helped me to make my team easy-to-understand and work along with. It doesn't require any additional technical knowledge that makes it easier to be used by layman.

Pros

Integration of offline as well as online marketing tactics and the ease of use.

Cons

I believe it should be linked with few software like pandadoc.

Easy to use, the UI is very nice, well organized and easy to find where everything is.

Cons

Cons might be customer support in the past. The account managers are great people, and super helpful, but the chat function and the email support is a bit lacking in terms of response time.

It appears user-friendly and has a nice interface, but unless your a developer, designing with it can be tricky. We use it for company website, email automation, contact lists, and reporting.

Pros

It has a nice interface and is easy to navigate. Has lots of features. Includes product training and certifications.

Cons

I find it to be a little confusing and hard to use. There is a lot of going back and forth between editing pages and templates. Every time I want to try something different, I seem to have to create a new template. I have an abundance of templates and assets, it's hard to keep track of everything.

Pros

One marketer can get have all solution from here, how to create campaigns whom to target when exactly to create them.

Great marketing tool!!

Allows me to manage my client database, schedule posts in my social media networks.. Gives me a detailed analysis of my website.

Pros

Without a doubt Hubspot is the best marketing tool out there that takes care of all the monotonous tasks so that you focus on the proposed goals. You get to know what your customers are up to in your website and even when they make their decisions what is a complete follow-up.

Progressive, scalable and great ROI

Great experience, our team loves it. I also recommend Hubspot to all our customers moving to automation, against other competitive products. Technically solid, easy to set-up and get ROI. The Inbound marketing methology is, off course a differentiator but the product itself is fantastic for SMBs or product units.

Pros

Based on the past experience with other marketing automation tools, I'd say Hubspot is simple from the very beginning. It's a great collaboration tool, although Hubspot never talk about it. Producing and editing content, pipeline management, automation, everything is easy to move forward in the team as it is design for that purpose. SEO, blogging, designing, managing campaigns is tremendously easy, WISIWYG. Great support team also helps a lot, compared to other vendors.

Cons

Sometimes the editor may fall short. Designs changes without any clear reason and it requires extra attention to continous updates from Hubspot development team side.

Sales' Best Friend

Pros

Being able to put warm leads into a marketing workflow makes my life as Sales Director so much easier. We can nurture warm leads and wait for them to engage before pouncing.

There are a few pros on Hubspot starting with you can try it for free and if its not for you cancel it. I like that it organizes, and manages all my activities.

Hubspot Social Media Marketing Automation

Pros

- Easy to sync social media accounts (FB, Twitter, Instagram, IG)
- The appearance of the image banner & meta description when posting a link to schedule

- Its very smooth for scheduling content to multiple platforms. One post can be replicated & ready to repurpose on another platform, simply by just by clicking the social media platform icon of choice on the original post

- The Certified Social Media Academy course is excellent. I've been working in social media for 5 years, and still learned a lot. I liked the course was broken down to every aspect of social media. I appreciated the examples of social media tools (paid and free) that were suggested.

-The reports are really great. Very detailed and everything a social media manager needs.

Cons

You can upload medium to large files to schedule on Instagram. I would upload a high quality photo, and be unable to upload and schedule, due to the size. Would like to be able to schedule high quality photos using hubspot.

Same with videos. I found is difficult to upload medium to large vids. Would be nice to be able to do that too.

I enjoyed the reports, but having even more advanced details or sophisticated analytic tracking would be next level

With the advent of the program, we have new opportunities for doing business. HubSpot Marketing offers an excellent level of analytics, which concerns not only the project, but also the notification system.

Cons

A somewhat overpriced price tag for the full package of services, the free version has too limited functionality. But there is a trial period during which you can decide whether you need a program or not.

The free trial is great and has a lot of great features, although it is kind of expensive

Good so far

Pros

We are currently only using the free CRM portion, and it has been good. We connected it our Gmail account and we have the ability to contact leads and track them from a unified spot.

Cons

Haven't run into any cons so far! Seems great.
