Hubspot Review

Pros

We mostly use hubspot to gain more customer information to better help our customers in getting started with our software. Overall the program works well for what we use it for and we get the information we need.

Cons

I have had customers call in the past and were confused about what the form on hubspot was actually asking for. I think sometimes the verbiage or layout of the forms can be confusing to customers.

Perfect for our industry

Hubspot keeps me on track with email reminders of tasks and their due dates.

Pros

Hubspot keeps all our employees on track as to where we are in completing the work for a particular client. All our employees are remote, so signing on and viewing our tasks is a breeze.

Cons

It's a bit of a jumble when you're in a particular client's sales card. It takes some getting practice to find what you need and ignore the tasks set for others.

Pros

- Very easy to use,
- HubSpot trains their customers how to do online marketing,
- Can get started on a free plan.

Cons

- The only thing that I really don't like is requirement for a 12-month contract.

Early Adopters!

Pros

The best part about this software is that my team and I are able to manage everything from digital marketing to our customer management with just one tool! HubSpot is great for every team no matter how small! HubSpot is also always pushing out new products to help keep businesses and customers happy.

Cons

I wish the website development tools were easier to use. As someone with little experience in code, trying to make edits or develop new web pages can be difficult. I wish I could manage this on my own without help from our in-house development team.

Pros

The marketing integration and email tracking is an awesome feature that allows you to truly see who you have contacted and spoken with. This cuts down on figuring out follow ups and makes tracking a sale or project very easy.

Cons

There is always a push to add more features and sometimes that insistence can be distracting when your actually trying to perform work.

MY MARKETING JOURNEY USING HUBSPOT

I would recoommend people to use Hubspot for marketing. It has not let me down.

Pros

I have been able to automatically generate Emails thus leading to making more sales as Hubspot helps me come up with emails that are specific to the specific audience am trying to reach.This has helped me grow sales. I was also given a free trial to test run the software before i started a paid subscription.

Cons

Some of the leads you may acquire using hubspot sometimes end being dead leads. This proves to cost me money as I will have already used money in marketing.Money that cannot be earned back.

Great Lead Gen Platform

So far it has been great. Certainly has lived up to the "All-in one" marketing promise.

Pros

The UX of this platform makes it very easy to not only send out emails, but to automate follow up content to help with lead generation and ultimately for a sale. The analytics that this provides makes it very easy to know what works and what does not - even on the landing page level. It helps us to make very informed decisions on what needs to change and what is working

Cons

There is a little bit of a learning curve involved in this. There is a lot that this platform can do. As much as I've used it, I am still finding new things. Perhaps the platform would benefit from more "How To" courses.

It’s the best. There are other competitors, but HubSpot customer support gives them a massive edge

Pros

It’s the company culture and massive value add of their ecosystem. Other software providers may offer similar functionality, but no onw offers the training, thought leadership and support if HubSpot.

Cons

Price. This is a company that offers a ton of value, and charges for it. If you don’t have a strong marketing team in your pocket, you probably should hold off on HubSpot. The software isn’t nearly as hard to learn as it is to do the marketing right.

I really enjoy it as a content marketer and find it's flexability useful when deciding how to go about projects.

Pros

I enjoy the ease of use and the segmentation between Ads, Email, Social and Website tabs to make sure that I keep content needs organized and efficient.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints outside of the fact that Hubspot Marketing makes subtle changes now and again without any notice so it impacts productivity in the short term.

Pros

Hubspot's package is to be an all in one stop for marketing automation needs. I will say parts of it did not meet expectations when it was originally purchased for our inbound marketing needs.

Cons

Video syndication on our page was too much and we had difficulties working with the staff on updating the settings. Some parts of the overall user experience could be simplified, but the staff was typically good and could be relied on response time for assistance.

Great Multipurpose tools for business

Excellent product for my start up!

I have used this for about 3 months and so far have had an excellent experience. I do most of my marketing via email and social media so this software has been a huge asset to help me manage my business, As I can not afford to outsource help yet. Would highly recommend.

Pros

It is easy to use, switching between marketing, sales, and CRM on the dashboard is very easy to do, and you can customize templates for your unique workflow. I have had no issues with this product so far.

Cons

The product is a little pricey to me, but with all the features and tools you get, it has been an invaluable tool to my business.
