Pros

HubSpot is an easy-to-use platform that combines several tools into one product. It features a clean-and-simple user interface. It is great for joining different data points associated to customers to help personalize each site visitor's experience. Some of the best customer support in the business.

Cons

There is no sandbox environment to experiment in--everything is pretty much live. There are some limitations in the CRM which can make reporting a challenge.

P.S. HubSpot Certifications are a great deal. You can also add them in your LinkedIn accounts for certificate proof! :)

- HubSpot is a helpful tool in inbound and outbound sales providing real-time analytics. You can easily customize and personalize materials to use for your marketing efforts.
- Customer support is great and fast! You can receive responses to your questions in the next few minutes and representatives are friendly, too!

-Customized data may be a challenge to pull-up.

HubSpot Marketing is a genius marketing platform. It is easy to learn and has proven itself highly capable to bringing results.

Pros

It allows you to send multiple emails to multiple leads. It also serves as the table on which you can monitor your leads and check its progress via statistics. The best part is that they provide videos for training, too.

Cons

You will need to allow a few minutes if you are sending to a bulk of leads, ei., 10 minutes for every 20 send outs. This way, you allow the software to have enough time to process the previous send outs and prepare for the new ones.

I do wish that HubSpot was quicker at responding to my messages since most of the time my problems I run into keep me from being able to carry out my marketing duties until the issue is tackled immediately.

It was very helpful for me to be able to see when one of my emails had been opened and read. Made communicating with customers easier.

Cons

When an email gets forwarded, anytime someone in the forwarding list opened the email you would get a notification, so sometimes it looked like 1 person opened your email 10+ times.

Cons

My Con has less to do with the software than with my lack of time and the complexity of implementation. That being said Hubspot have an absolute treasure trove of tutorials, classes and Top Gun support staff. Since I am a small one man business finding the time to on-board has been a real problem. I would totally recommend that anyone in a small team situation employ someone to help with the on-boarding. either from one of the many Gig sites out there, or local. I noticed that gig sellers are making a point promoting their HubSpot certification. I could have saved myself a lot of pain had I done this from the get-go.

From the UX point of view, the product is very user-friendly; the ease of importing contacts in a few clicks, customising emails and landing pages using the drag and drop functionality, creating CTAs and embedding them on different pages is very helpful. The blog tutorials and tips come in very handy for beginners. It houses all the free tools services available in the market under one umbrella. The integrations offered with other software such as Salesforce, Sidekick, NetSuite keeps all the data synced which is a very important thing for a business.

Cons

The pricing for the software is very high and it is billed annually as well. Additionally, the technical support is also paid. All the features available in HubSpot are free on the internet, HubSpot just combines them under one roof. For which, the pricing is pretty steep.

I think they can do better if the software turns a little bit more intuitive and if they use the collaboration of other apps that might increase the functionality of the platform.

I love hubspot for many reasons, I am able to get certifications which my makes my resume look better and it is very easy to use for marketing automation

Cons

Well, I dont really see the cons because its a very useful tool for what its worth. I love Hubspot Marketing
