Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that this software is easy to use and is very versatile. The ability to save a new template is a huge plus. We use this product at least once a month.

  • The customer service is always great and very responsive. I like the pre-made templates that come prebuilt.

  • Cons

  • The new email editor is a big improvement but still feels a bit clunky. I also wish there was an easier way to manage bounces - figure out why contacts are bouncing and resolve the problem.

  • The website is a little buggy. But since I first started using iContact, they have improve so much and its easier to use.

  • Pros

  • I like that it is extremely intuitive (once you figure it out)

  • This has been a great tool to track the leads and how often they have visited each part of or website

  • Cons

  • Not the easiest to use, but can be integrated to be more simple than a lot of its competitors. Sometimes it can seem a little over-engineered. Lots of specific fields.

  • Would love more metrics for the basic user of the system. Make it easy to run reports to figure out the best way to go
