  • Pros

  • I love the flexibility this software offers. The drag-and-drop capability makes it possible to create any look you want, and the ability to reuse content from previous sends has made my life easy.
  • Lists of contact are easy to maintain, and emails are easy to create, send, and then track the results to tweak campaigns for best conversions. Our account manager has always been great.
  • The ease of use, great customer service and an account success manager that is top notch. Only wish we could dedicate more time utilizing the tool.
  • Cons

  • Horrible customer service. They also have really low deliverability, I guess that's why they need to keep the extra month of billing.
  • The inability of applying some CSS & HTML tricks and shenanigans in their editor.
  • Leaving iContact was a pain also. My organization signed a contract for annual subscription, so I assumed we would have to re-upp at the end of each year.

  • Pros

  • The best feature are the easy to implement forms with lots of convenient ways to get the right kind of data in the right kind of way. Clients love using them, and I love making them.
  • The platform offers a delightful and user-friendly experience, both for me and my clients, featuring a fun and modern design.
  • Excellent user experience. I loved designing the typeforms and their customer support was excellent, something I really value.
  • Cons

  • Unable to remove their branding unless you pay twice as much. So essentially you have to pay €40 more every month just to remove their branding.
  • Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
  • Internal reporting tools are limited. The jump between pro and premium was a little hard to swallow and there is no options for any ala cart features.
