Infusionsoft is a cloud-based sales and marketing solution that offers Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation and E-Commerce functionalities in one suite that helps small businesses across various industries deliver sales volumes and customer service experiences.

Users can segment their contacts, track customer interactions, send emails, run campaigns setting triggers for personalized communications based on email opens, clicks and more. Users can also manage their e-commerce, from inventory management to payments and purchase fulfillment, set up online shopping carts, track activity in their digital storefront, send quotes, invoices and receipts.

Infusionsoft’s reporting and analytics tools help users do analysis on parameters like emails, campaign performance, sales and revenue projections to track the ROI of their sales and marketing activities. Users can also access Infusionsoft remotely on their Android and iOS enabled smartphones and tablets. It offers integration with applications like QuickBooks, SalesForce, Outlook and Gmail.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and FAQs.

If you're filthy rich and can afford all the integrations you'll need, this becomes the best system there is... If you're just normal rich, only own two ferarris, skip this and go with something cheaper so you don't end up pawniing your cars and house for this.

Pros

Integration with everything, i'm surprised it doesn't control nest systems for hvac in people's homes.. Almost every saas product goes with it

Cons

The integrations do all the heavy lifting to raise a crm that is being left in the dust by pipedrive and salesflare and the new crowd of innovators

Infusionsoft has done an excellent job in building a very interactive, user-friendly platform for small businesses. Since a recent update to the platform, the system has become far more streamlined and simple to enter data quick and efficiently without any hassle. This is especially helpful for our sales team, as they are easily able to update a contact while they are on the phone to them, which keeps our data up-to-date at all times. The functionality to be able to invoice and email the invoice directly from the Infusionsoft database is an extremely helpful tool. It enables us to collect payment right away from our customers and has majorly reduced our accounts receivables.

Cons

The only thing we have found to be a disadvantage, is the fact that the system can be somewhat slow on our network and doesn't always work at the speed we would like it to.

As a startup, the ability to easily link our website data from forms, a landing page, and or email campaigns into a tool to help build a streamlined process for the development of campaigns using proven methods (pre-developed templates and methods), avoiding a disjointed lack of integration between multiple apps or systems is key. The visualization method for building processes allows business continuity and flow between marketing and sales, something which can be built upon over time. It should enhance the development of better leads and cut down on a lot of the administrative front-end work in these areas, so that by the time a trigger notifies sales of a lead(through the tagging system), it is prequalified. Through utilizing the effective processes, companies can help drive attendance and actionable next steps in the process. It's ease of use and startup-up efforts can help companies get these programs launched quickly and effectively.

Cons

For long term scalability and increased business complexity, companies may seek solutions with AI driven apps or more sophisticated modeling capabilities.

It helps me stay organized. The interface is simple and easy to navigate and use once you get around to it. I found it a bit challenging at first but its worth it in the end.

Cons

I mostly make use if my phone for business and the mobile version of it is not so great as some features are missing. Also I found it a bit pricey for an small business like mine

Pros

Infusionsoft is a decent CRM for the price point and functionality. They enable the user to create internal forms for online submission, create campaigns, and, automate your sales pipeline pretty well for someone with zero experience in coding/programming. The customer service 24/7 live chat was phenomenal.

Cons

A lot of clicking and dragging and repitive actions requires to get it setup initially. There aren’t email integration widgets such as sales force or other CRM programs have. Was spending way too much time working on the software rather than in the CRM.

Infusionsoft is a great product with all of it’s many capabilities like tags and organizing daily tasks. It also integrates with several other SaaS products which makes it very versatile.

I bought into an infusionsoft plan and tried to cancel within the standard uk cooling off period. As this company is American, there is no 'cooling off period' It has been an expensive payment each month for something I have not used, wish to use or will use. Dissapointing

The best thing about Infusionsoft is that it does get the job done at the end of the day; it allows you to create email templates and email out campaigns with an okay deliver ability rate

Cons

The downside to Infusionsoft is that it is not as user friendly as the other marketing systems, it appears more complex overall. Also, it is fairly expensive as for what you receive. I would like it to have more email templates to choose from if I were to use in the future.

Infusionsoft is all about hype. They are great at making you feel like this product will boost production but they don't tell you that you need to hire full time staff to learn the software and it features. We were with Infusionsoft for almost 10 years and looking back it was a mistake. Very overpriced for what we used. Many other companies are less expensive and easier to work with. Their customer service is lousy and management couldn't care less about your issues. When we tried to cancel they forced use to pay another month even as a loyal 10 year customer. Very disappointed in the way we were treated and would never join Infusionsoft in the future. Consider the huge time investment in this software before you sign up and don't give them your credit card number.

Pros

Designed for companies with extra staff dedicated to handle Infusionsoft. Lots of features to learn and understand.

Cons

Way overpriced for the average company, lousy customer service and careless management.

In terms of your cancellation, we received notice from your team 10 days after the new billing cycle. Like any monthly subscription service (cable or a magazine, for example) if you call to cancel once the billing for the current month has already passed, your subscription ends at the end of that month (or billing cycle). It is pretty standard practice and we do not bill you for the following month nor charge you any cancellation fees.

Free trial to assess the CRM system and the sales pipeline. I was attracted to the idea that Infusionsoft is a-one-stop email marketing solution that could eliminate our needto revert to a range of different software to carry out certain stages of our marketing strategy. I like that the CRM info accessible for each customer is extensive; you can see what campaign they're on and what stage of the customer journey, you can access their order history, web page visits, email history, lead score, tags, and e-commerce integrates beautifully with the CRM. The automation accommodates endless possibilities and flexibility.

Cons

The app's navigation is somewhat cumbersome and I get confused by the various icons and what they actually stand for. It's a powerful software with lots of capabilities, but I find the features to be scattered around the navigation rather than clustered where it's intuitive to access them.

Pros

The biggest benefit is the software integrates with a significant number of third party vendors. When there isn’t a direct integration, the system can communicate with other software via zapier.

Cons

It is a beast of a program. There is a large learning curve and is definitely not friendly to have sales reps use it.

I call it a bazzooka. It has almost everything a digital marketer could ever want to use for email marketing

I recommended the CRM to one of my client and he has been thankful for it.

Cons

The software has one of the best email marketing experience, that does not mean it is easy to use.

In fact as a new user you will have to go through some video tutorial, that will enable get the very best user experience with the software.

It is not drag and drop or fill out something, you will just have to work it. What is most important is making sure that you have set the campaign right then broadcast it.

Infusionsoft does a good job keeping a listserv up and running. We have not run into issues of this not sending the emails we need.

Cons

When we create a custom HTML email and send through infusionsoft, it messes with the code regularly and injects some of its own code.

The pricing of Infusionsoft make it one of the most affordable options out there for all that it does. We have compared it against Hubspot and Pardot and the pricing is significantly lower.

Cons

At the end of our trial period we did go with Hubspot, which offers more features - but is significantly more expensive. Sometimes I second guess myself, and think that InfusionSoft could've worked well for us and been more affordable for our business.

Pros

The pricing for the software is the best thing about it. This is the reason we ultimately went with them. Once we made it through the training and learned how to adapt it to our needs, it's been doing the job.

Cons

Large learning curve and difficult training support. When we were getting set up with the product, we were not happy with our trainer at all. He did not listen well and had a difficult time fully answering our questions. At one point we asked for another account manager/trainer, but they insisted on keeping us with this guy because he said he wanted to prove to us he could help us. The learning curve seemed more difficult than what it needed to me. Also some of things we needed the software to do felt like we had to use work arounds to get it to do what we needed. Once we got through some of those initial pains, things have been better. Our campaigns are going strong now.

I like that this software is somewhat organized and easy to collaborate with others on your team while using.

Cons

Lack of reports available. There are some very OBVIOUS things within IS that you should be able to pull a report on with re-creating the wheel. They need to create more standardized reports that anyone would commonly use. Any of the fields that they track on your clients should be easily trackable in a report instead of creating something from scratch. Need to remember your users are just that - USERS - not programmers!

This software service allowed me to relaunch my cooking classes. I don't have a staff and have to run my marketing for myself.

Cons

The tutorials could be better. I want more resources to get better. I feel like I should be further along with my sales funnels.

I worked for a company that partnered with Infusionsoft when they were a brand new company. It was immediately clear that they had both a winning software, and a winning team. Infusionsoft is one of those products that doesn't have stuff just because it can. It's functionality is there because you need it. Feature-rich, logical, and pretty darn nice.

Cons

Like Salesforce, Infusionsoft can have a moderately steep learning curve if you're new to CRM software.

I love the automation of sending out emails and follow ups to our customer base. It allows us to think about other important things to do. I also like to be able to send email newsletters out to different mailing groups.

Cons

When people sign up to receive an email newsletter they have to double opt in, it's another step some people aren't willing to take.

I found a lot of ideas for generating leads and engaging current customers. The customer service (setup) was good. I liked the person who helped me.

Pros

The lead generation and customer engagement features are very nice. The program has built-in ideas and suggestions for various industries. I found this to be inspiring.

Cons

I think I started during a transition because the functionality was intermittent. The CRM aspect of the software didn't have much functionality at all and it didn't connect very easily to my Gmail.

As an email marketing system, marketing and business automation tool, crm, and order processing Infusionsoft is very functional and powerful. It is a complex system, by it's very nature because it is so powerful and the functionality available. I have clients set up with powerful automation, business processes that simplify their efforts, and integration with other systems that can handle their financial accounting, etc... At this point Infusionsoft is simplifying the front end User Interface so it is easier for end users and have also made entry cost much less for entry level.

Pros

Infusionsoft is very, very powerful when the implementation is thought out, most functions are used, and it is maintained in the marketing programs of businesses. The Campaign Builder has incredible power in building marketing and business automation for a business. I've built a lot of automation for my clients that takes much of the workload of staff and owners. It also provides ways to provide information to staff and management without them having to log in constantly.

Infusionsoft has an APi that makes specific customizations possible and allows for numerous external apps that add function, value, and ease to Infusionsoft.

Cons

The ecommerce shopping cart has always come up short for processing multiple products. The single order forms are functional and useful. Again, Infusionsoft's API and developer relationships provide for enhancements and substitutions for areas that might be lacking.

Easy to use and allows for easy integration into website to collect data from forms. Like that integration allows for design styling to match rest of website.

Cons

Not too many complaints about this product. It does what's needed and integrates well with other marketing tools.
