Infusionsoft Success

We are very happy woh the customization InfusionSoft allows us to create. Fairly easy to learn and use.

Pros

We are a nonprofit. We had a donor (software builder) offer to create s custom application to manage one of our business processes. After more than a year of an inability to make it work,we found InfuaionSoft. It allows us to create customs flow work processes simply.

Cons

We had a few hiccups with one of their contractors who was helping us create workflows / campaigns. We resolved it by finding a different contractor.

Excellent Marketing Software

The software will only be useful if the user takes the training system seriously or writes them down so that they can always refer to them as guidelines.

Pros

The support is great, especially when orienting new clients on how to use the software. Offers almost every marketing tool on one page such as email marketing, and CRM among other automated services.

Cons

The software should be updated to include other tools such as Google calendars, or any other scheduling systems that can be used for the sake of reminding the user about an event.

Add to Your Team!

I love that as a one-woman shop, I can go to Infusionsoft as my one "go to" place for all my data on all my clients. I couldn't do my work (selling online classes) without them!

Pros

The support staff at Infusionsoft has always felt like part of my work family; as a solopreneur, it's great to have super helpful support at my fingertips. And I also love having all my solutions under one roof: CRM, Marketing, E-Commerce. Saves having to use multiple different solutions and link them all up. The email campaign marketing is really robust, which means I can create super successful email campaigns ... much better than other solutions I've used that don't have as robust logic in them.

Cons

The learning curve is really high, although support is terrific. Once I learned it, though, I was good to go. The interface of the app, too, is often clunky and dated. I know there's a brand new interface in the works, so I expect that will be changed very soon since I've seen many updates since I've used Infusionsoft. Can't wait!

Pros

I love creating campaigns in Infusionsoft. I also love the way the checkout pages integrate with the CRM so that my administrative communications with new clients are automated.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve to get started but it was well worth it.

Awesome marketing tool

Pros

We loved having the online help option over chat
very user friendly to send email broadcasts : can easily check the results and send follow ups as required based on the email stats

Cons

we use this to identify leads, and therefore, have been able to streamline our outreach and make better choices dollar-wise in our marketing efforts

Cons

this is big and bulky, lots to learn and if you use all of the functions, there is a lot of data as a result. that means culling...reporting, etc....to get what you really need. (takes time)

Love Infusionsoft!

Support is quick and helpful. So glad it’s such a dependable software always making improvements or showing me how to do a work around if needed. I love the Call In support and that my VA and I can use it easily.

Pros

InfusionSoft makes my online marketing easier with preserving emails to my contact time zone, presenting campaigns, cloning prior email Funnels, and keeping record of Opens and Opt-Outs so I can gauge what emails work and which ones don’t. Integrate shopping card and websfoema for free downloads are great marketing tools.

Cons

There is a learning curve, but so is learning how to drive a stick shift to go at high speeds. I like to travel fast with online work straight to the customer so I learned it and still call Support when needed.

Technical support is awesome

Pros

Technical support is fantastic! I am not the most tech savvy but they were very patient with me and helped me (multiple times) get my campaigns up and running.

Cons

Setting up a continuous loop campaign was very challenging.

Best/Most features for the price point. However, Confusionsoft

While it isn't a system like Salesforce, for a small business that would like something more powerful than a basic CRM without breaking the bank this is a solid choice. You can get setup up fairly quickly.

Pros

The forms capability
The gui interface for creating funnels/automation
Data migration is easy

Cons

It can be really confusing how to do things. It is only semi customizable. I don't feel like they are putting any more money into the platform which is concerning.

Overall, we enjoy the CRM. Clients have been very responsive to our online appointment setting tool.

Pros

Appreciated their Pre Sales support during our evaluation process. They are able to quickly at a high level understand your business and tailor the CRM to you business.

Cons

The least favorite aspect of dealing with Infusionsoft is their training method. They outsource this portion to independent contractors.

Not for the Tech weak

I waiver on switching. There are many new apps coming out. The price will come down.

Pros

If you know what you're doing, it's a powerhouse. I've worked with it for 4 years and am still learning, I'm not a techy but my business required this type of automation to grow it. No regrets at all! Best Customer Service.

Cons

Surprises me that there aren't more font options. They continue to upgrade & beta test but there won't be tutuorials.
Their capacity to host mp4 is limited so I still need another app(Leadpages) to integrate.
The price!!!

Incredible piece of software

Pros

Clear User interface, comprehensive widget package. The number of tools at your disposal in this CRM far outweighs most programs in it's class. I really love the fact that I can track potential revenue alongside leads and prospects.

Cons

InfusionSoft - Great CRM software

The overall experience has been quite enlightening on how process flows are vital to making your business function correctly. My application is primarily used as a lead management system and not all our employees use InfusionSoft, which meant I had to integrate InfusionSoft with Google Sheets which makes it easier for my sales team to acquire data to leads as they come in. Most of my time is spent in campaign builder and I am currently overhauling our current lead process and I keep learning new things everyday on how to program logic to suit our business needs.

Pros

What I like most about InfusionSoft is the functionality and its endless possibilities. The Campaign Builder has an easy to use interface with limitless possibilities that can be constructed to suit your unique business needs. With a great email builder as well to create those beautiful calls to action that will surely ignite your leads' desire to buy whatever you are selling. I specifically manage the database of leads and users and find it to be quite user friendly, InfusionSoft will warn you about an increase in bad email addresses, allowing you enough time to clean it up before it affects your business badly. Another great aspect is the help provided by agents via the Chat facility, you can chat live with an InfusionSoft assistant to help you with any problems you might have. I find it extremely helpful in times when I am unsure of what to do.

Cons

While I do have high praise for the campaign builder and its limitless possibilities, this can also be a problem as when I first started using the software; I didn't know what was what. There is basic training available, but I don't feel it adequately explains the possibilities of what can be done. To fully unlock the potential of InfusionSoft, some additional training will be required.

Infusionsoft change my business for the better

Pros

The ability to automate hours of manual labor has saved me so much time and has grown my business. I use infusionsoft on my course offering website and have built a funnel with multiple upsells as well as incorporate an evergreen webinar series. This has increased my earnings by 25% in the first 90 days and I expect it to continue to grow. Infusionsoft has been a game changer for me and how I conduct my business and manage my website subscribers.

Cons

It takes a lot of time and practice, testing and tweaking to figure it out. May need to partner with a company to take some of the learning curve edge off initially.

Great contact management and CRM tool

It's been great. This was my introductory CRM/sales software. We were well set up to use it as a CRM and I learned SO much from it. Industry standard tool for marketing and sales that offers a lot of transferable knowledge to other mid-tier systems. Have recommended and will continue to recommend it.

Pros

Excellent contact database management options and search capabilities. Easy to pull as specific of a list as possible after a good set up.
Simple, easy-to-use email broadcast system.
Email campaigns have good functionality and are easy to operate within.

Cons

They are built for and serve mostly medium to small sized companies. We recently outgrew them because of our contact base.
Anyone who sends a lot of emails (1 mill+/month) will be in the second to the top tier of their subscription.
It's not super user-friendly or intuitive. Takes an experimental mind or a lot of training to break the Infusionsoft code.
