Infusionsoft is a cloud-based sales and marketing solution that offers Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation and E-Commerce functionalities in one suite that helps small businesses across various industries deliver sales volumes and customer service experiences.

Users can segment their contacts, track customer interactions, send emails, run campaigns setting triggers for personalized communications based on email opens, clicks and more. Users can also manage their e-commerce, from inventory management to payments and purchase fulfillment, set up online shopping carts, track activity in their digital storefront, send quotes, invoices and receipts.

Infusionsoft’s reporting and analytics tools help users do analysis on parameters like emails, campaign performance, sales and revenue projections to track the ROI of their sales and marketing activities. Users can also access Infusionsoft remotely on their Android and iOS enabled smartphones and tablets. It offers integration with applications like QuickBooks, SalesForce, Outlook and Gmail.

Cons

The price is always the comparison that hinders us from buying any product. If they go a little lower on the price, then maybe it shall suit us and everyone else better too.

We eventually moved to Hubspot for our CRM needs. Infusionsoft has a set of great "standard" features, but as our business expanded we wanted a larger intergration with sales and marketing.

- Infusionsoft keeps a complete trail of every purchase made, action taken for leads on a single platform.
- You can easily send automated marketing emails to prospect, send followup trails.
- Along with an effective product, Infusionsoft is backed up with a very strong customer support which is a key aspect if you are planning to buy a productive tool, they provide every mode of support i.e, through telephonic, chat, emails.
- Now to check if my organization is making a health progress over the time, we rely on detailed sales and marketing support, the reports are very definite.

Cons

Yes, Infusionsoft falls on the expensive side, which is a challenge when we initially opt for it, but when it comes upto the ROI, it worth every penny.

I would absolutely recommend InfusionSoft to anyone who is an experienced CRM user. If you're comfortable with most CRMs, InfusionSoft is a great sales and customer management tool. It is easy to manipulate and customize to your specific needs.

However, if you are not an experienced CRM user, InfusionSoft can be incredibly complicated and very difficult to use.

Pros

- Very adaptable and intuitive
- Friendly customer service
- Can run extremely complex campaigns
- Constantly improving services and capabilites

Cons

- Slow load times and Gateway errors during server backup on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Specific customer concerns and known issues given low priority; no resolutions for 6+ months on some known issues
- Crashes more often and has more issues/errors than more expensive CRMs

We recommend everyone use the free 14-day trial to see how well they can get around the program and if it is a good fit for their needs. Although there are a lot of options with Infusionsoft, if customers can't use it easily or efficiently, it can be a costly lesson.

Pros

The ability to do whatever you need to do regarding email automation and lead generation is a great selling point of Infusionsoft. It has the capacity to 'integrate with thousands of apps' and offers a variety of ways to build out marketing campaigns.

Cons

This product is not intuitive at all, locks a business down with a fairly expensive annual contract, and requires paid training to begin understanding the program. For people who have a lot of experience with email automation or lead generation programs, it may be a manageable learning curve, but for clients new to online marketing, which was the case with my clients, it has been an expensive nightmare.

Infusionsoft is a solid choice for a small business without ambitions to scale rapidly (i.e. think accounting firm, not tech startup).

Pros

As a CRM Analyst/Consultant, most of my projects are helping companies administrated and implemented different types of CRMS and marketing software. So I have the chance to research and test a multitude of CRM's and Marketing Software for the past several years and Infusionsoft is one of my favorites. I have helped two small companies(around 20-30 employees)implement this product from start to finish. I have very impressed on how robust and strong this CRM really is. With this software, you can create a software stack with different add-ons which can accomplish almost anything. There are programs that help with scheduling, membership sites, integration with Facebook audiences, text messaging and countless others. Infusionsoft has an API that is easy to use and integrate with other systems you may be using. For the price, I would say this is an all in one CRM tool. Another great feature that Infusionsoft offers is the ability to create mobile-responsive landing pages and pairing this automation with a CRM with robust capability for sales follow-up is what creates the value and you also get the ability to generate e-commerce and tracking reports. I would definitely recommend this product.

Cons

Infusionsoft only includes the basic Lead Generation reports. If you want to generate the true ROI reports it will require you to purchase add-ons, such as Wicked Reports. I would say that these reports are critical for understanding where your leads are generated and how to refine your marketing.

Pros

Infusionsoft comes with A LOT under the hood. Easily set up campaigns, tag leads from multiple sources, create landing pages, and integrate with your website. We recommend Infusionsoft to many of our website clients to get a solid grip on their customers' activities. Great product!

Cons

I'd love to see more conditional logic put into landing pages/emails or let us use Javascript to code that ourselves. Additional options within campaigns would be welcome as well but great product as it is!

Automation is great. CRM needs some work, telephone support people just couldn't figure it out.

Pros

I like how it integrates, yet INFS doesn't do a great job of showing those integrations. Also, some of the marketing workflows are complicated and require a lot of practice before they are just right.

Cons

The learning curve and the support for its integrations. Also, the CRM part is pretty lackluster and doesn't hold up to the rest of the automation product. We use something else on top of it for the CRM.

Marketing and sales automation That is pretty good once you get it working.

Pros

Combine Sales and marketing automation in a single tool. This tool has most of what you want for a small business so you don't have to spend time manually working with your email lists. We set up a complicated campaign that triggers automatically if a contact is added to a list. It was very complicated and Very cool.

Cons

They don't tell you that they charge for an hour to train you and set up your first campaigns. If you have very simple campaigns like a simple newsletter, this might not be a big deal but for anything complicated, you will need their help and could hire a good lawyer for the same price.
It is also hard to learn all the details so you will need training which is an additional cost.

Visual representation of process flows was good. After 2 months of training I was able to set up a fairly good system for my business.

Cons

The deal breaker was the invoicing. I could not figure out a way how to create invoices that would bill my clients by the hour (or more specifically for a fraction of an hour. The workarounds suggested by Infusionsoft support were untenable. After many hours and dollars invested I switched to another system. It was also about 6 times more expensive than the system I am using now (Podio)

It does have a very feature rich platform. It does pretty much everything that the other platforms do and I have to say it does it pretty well.

Cons

The price is really what gets me here. I can get all the same features at a much better price from my current provider. I tested this one to see where it fell. I am sure if I was a huge corporation it might make more since with all their integration options but this just wasn't the right fit for our company.

Simple tracking of contact forms that are submitted through the WordPress website

Pros

For me it has always been easy to use, I get tags easily and I place them in the WordPress contact form and then I never have to worry about it.

Cons

I can only use one Infusionsoft account on a website, so it makes it difficult to keep track of the numerous different clients who I need to track

I was searching for professional CRM, Email Marketing platform which will enable me to make my job done more faster and at scale. I was impressed by the features Infusionsoft has and advertise! Till today I cannot get my job done with Infusionsoft because it is so complicated even to install an application at this software!

Cons

The user interface is complicated. It is not intuitive and i have to invest additional time to read manuals.
There are unusual things to do like installing internal apps and connect them with the core software to work. Additionally, I need to configure all of this internal application in order to work! This is insane! On top of this Infusionsoft is the most expensive software for online marketing on the market today!

I only liked the idea of that the software infusionsoft could do for my company. Nothing else was superb to me at all.

Cons

I did not like that the software makes it seem so easy to use when they advertise it. You quickly find out that the software has so many aspects to it, that it is hard to use. There are so many upgrades and things that you will need later that it is ridiculous.
