When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

API Explorer makes it easy to pull in LIVE data from almost any API. It's unbelievable how easy it is.

The platform is very intuitive even for technology novices. Anything you want to do, the program can show you or provide options of how best to continue your design.

The bad points are responding to the community wishlist's, It seems to take a long time to implement a new features which are suggested by the community.

I wrote a positive review for them in 2019 when the software was actually great compared to its pricing. In this past the tool was good, now its just average when you consider how inflexible it is.

Overall It is a good experience and I would like to work further on this software with mention features added.

You can create an amazing interactive presentation with no coding knowledge and features like timeline, scroll and all are very easy to use.

Having all the analytics is also amazing as I can focus on the content where clients are actually using it. The interface is nice and pretty easy to use.

From videowalls to tablets, touch tables and kiosks, we have used this tool for many types of content. The current solution is easy and intuitive but powerful and professional.

I admired the subscription business model, having the option to cancel meant the company was confident they would stay ahead of the develoment curve, which they certainly have.

It's a little difficult to explain the difference in products and  licensing to your clients.

Multiscreen support is a really great feature. This App also has a very sophisticated media composer that makes it easy to create a really captivating experience.

I would say the most frustrating aspect of the software that I've come across is when a target scene or element of a trigger is deleted, the trigger also is removed.

It really is a digital signage platform, you can see what the exhibits are playing in real time. Support is great too, they have solved all of my questions in reasonable time.

The support staff will also help guide you in the right direction... and if you want more input, the community board is a friendly, welcoming place to pose questions about best practices for projects.

Most of the support team has been there for many years, they are very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and often provide great visuals to help solve issues.
