  • Pros

  • It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.
  • The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.
  • Cons

  • Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.
  • When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

  • Pros

  • I can even add an image to my signature which is a very attractive feature. The customer care team were very responsive when I had a problem last year.
  • Easy to access the mail service and friendly support for customized subscriptions of the application. The scheduling option is quite good and mobile access of the mails is very useful at the times.
  • Cons

  • It is hard to transition from Gsuite to Microsoft outlook. Nothing is inherently wrong with Outlook, but it is different enough to be annoying.
  • It can look different depending on whether or not you're using it with the online web app or with the desktop application, so it can be confusing if you're not used to it.
