Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Everything you check messages you need to log in each time, a little irritating. New unread message do not go to the top.

The best part about the Mozeo software is its ability to convert prospect contact information into easy connection with the prospect. Texting is simply the best way to connect with recruits.

It was easy to setup routing for the responses that came through and the leads were routed correctly and efficiently.

I liked it as long as everything is going well - the minute you need help you have hours to wait.

Lack of features such as being able to sort contacts into different groups easily. Sending MMS messages also confusing.

I don't like that there are a limited number of words per text message, it's frustrating to have to send more than one message broken apart.

Easy to navigate, great price for text messages, keeps all clients phone numbers in tact, and just overall easy.

I really can't think of anything that I dislike about using this software.

Awesome / In-Expensive System for Mass Communication.

Mozeo is a very user-friendly system, and great software to use to send mass messages to employees.

Customers state they have tried unsuccessfully to  un-enroll using the STOP function. We end up going in to manually unenroll them.

I have also really appreciated the ability to input phone numbers. They are dependable and the customer support has been great.
