Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Ability to add photos, forms were easy to build and very attractive, love the themes, free version had lots of features.

I love that TypeForm can integrate with other software in the market. It makes it easy to book calls and qualify clients when I can connect typeform to software like ClickFunnels.

The customer service is also friendly and tries to improve on their products based on the client's recommendation.

Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.

User friendly, flexible, easy to integrate, easy to customize, free basic plan, tends to run smoothly.

The customer service team then re-assigns this Typeform to the other employee using our workflow tool. Typeform is like having a an offline conversation through an online form with fields.

Excellent user experience. I loved designing the typeforms and their customer support was excellent, something I really value.

Some of the forms I create can be quite complex and as such the platform seems to slow down accordingly which can be a bit frustrating at times.

Unable to remove their branding unless you pay twice as much. So essentially you have to pay €40 more every month just to remove their branding.

I love how easy this made the process of getting documents from customers. It looks great and is super easy to set up.

Typeform has a very nice feel. The experience for the end user is very clean and has a nice aesthetic.

They nailed in user experience,  you can build beautiful forms that people enjoy. Conditions (the logic features) are a great plus.

There are too many features locked behind a paywall. Because of that, we end up using google forms even though it is worse.

It's pleasant to use, both for me and for my clients, and it's fun and fresh in the design and style.

The biggest problem with Typeform, in my opinion, is the prices.

The best feature are the easy to implement forms with lots of convenient ways to get the right kind of data in the right kind of way. Clients love using them, and I love making them.

It is the best system for both easy and complex questionnaires. Especially, it has a great consumer experience which is vital for the high response rate.

Overall I think Typeform is a relatively easy and inexpensive way to gain customer input through the use of forms. It is also relatively easy to implement.

I really do love what they have to offer but just wish the pricing would’ve been a little less per month to fit into my budget.

Integrates well with other third parties application. Surveys can be customized beautifully which makes it attractive to people filling it.

Typeform is one of the best form creation platforms there is out there at the moment, especially when looking for a low budget solution.

With Typeform software it is easy to create surveys. I use these surveys locally to see what I can do to better serve my community.

My use is very limited, but my employer uses it to ask company questions for future opportunities or fun stuff like tram building exercises.

I love the ideas and the designs, also. You can easily integrate it in your website and it has so many app integrations, that you can track anything you need.

Internal reporting tools are limited. The jump between pro and premium was a little hard to swallow and there is no options for any ala cart features.

Typeform is great for making surveys look more appealing. It's easy to build surveys and make them look better than simple interfaces like Surveymonkey or Surveygizmo.

You're unable to delete responses if you're not the account owner which does make it difficult at times.

Lots of amazing features. My favorite feature are the contact forms, I love the versatility in designing them.

I love the templates that are offered on both an aesthetic and ease-of-use level. We've used this to poll customers post-purchase and have gotten excellent data because of it.
