Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I like InsideView as it very easy to use and you have the access to all the updated news about a company. We mostly use it for competitive analysis and for our marketing programs.
  • Integration into Salesforce is my favorite feature. It allows us to very quickly sync company and contact information.
  • Cons

  • The family tree does not automatically scan your database to find accounts that you currently have. We've also seen difficultly in updating the Fiscal Year End month in Salesforce.
  • The LinkedIn feature used to show if the person has a LinkedIn profile, but only if the person was in their system prior does it now show. I guess they lost their integration or something.

  • Easy to use love the calendar. Really helps to combine all our thoughts in once place.
  • Zoho Social is a good platform for providing a solution for multiple social media handle in one place. A feature I liked most is scheduling posts for many coming days without any hassle.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the application would lag a bit or even glitch. I don't think that is a dealbreaker because most of the time they fixed the bugs or lag.
  • The only issue I am having is the inability to post multiple pictures to Instagram.
