We use June in our day-to-day work to manage all email campaigns and coordinate various distribution lists within the group of companies. With the templates designed according to our own CD guidelines, we send out several newsletters every week. Thanks to the interface to our store system, we can integrate products directly into the newsletters.

Great customer service!You can always reach a contact person in the chat and questions/problems/concerns are handled asap, a feedback is always quickly there. The editor is simple and intuitive. After a short training period, you can easily find your way around the tool. The user interface has become even more modern and is clearly arranged. Unfortunately, bugs occur from time to time. We often have problems that changes in the editor - within the campaign are not saved. June hat uns hinsichtlich der technischen Möglichkeiten sowie der Abbildung unserer notwendigen Prozessschritte sehr überzeugt. Auch die Weiterentwicklungsbereitschaft für neue Funktionen ist sehr groß und damit flexibel für die meisten Anforderungen.

Cons:

Es gibt keine eigenen Versandlösung sondern nur über Drittanbieter. Das ist aber für die meisten Unternehmen keine Problem.
