Powerful Email Automation Software with Outstanding Customer Care.

My overall experience with Klaviyo has been great. I would definitely recommend.

It is very intuitive and it's very easy to customize emails. They have a lot of great templates that you can use to make great emails very fast.

We recommend Klaviyo to our clients who sell online and are in need of a powerful email solution. Klaviyo is our go to recommendation.

Because it is a more in depth platform, it can be a bit intimidating for less experienced users.

The pricing model sucks. You need to manually deactivate list members rather than being based on email volumes.

It integrates well with Big Commerce allowing me to make a lot of good marketing decisions.

I liked how easy the onboarding process was and definitely like the price. The platform is also easy to use.

It's a bit getting used to but you can do most of what you want with them. Really good templates for those starting out and experienced as well.

This product is incredibly user friendly. I can't say enough good things about it and I have gone out of my way to recommend it to people.

It has the best native integration with shopify and lots of flows (automations) that you can use to increase sales.

Unreasonable and unprofessional customer support/service 0 probably untrained. Absolute rudeness on the phone.

All their flows are perfectly set and are very easy to customize.

The Shopify integration is easy and seamless and the Live Chat customer service has been responsive and helpful everytime.

The program is super easy to use and an over all very good email delivery platform.

The ease of set up and the ability to see results against the campaigns. It was up and running within 24hr and their onboarding  was outstanding.

Functionality is great, because the emails are very timely and the ability to send on command is there.

I never send emails anymore to my customers or prospects, Klaviyo does it for me. It's also super easy to customize your flaws and the customer service is outstanding.

Although unnoticeable to customers surfing your site, Klaviyo also throws a few error on your page as it uses deprecated (out-dated) code.

Their team is also super supportive and quick to respond with guidance. Would recommend Klaviyo.

It is filled with great features like no other email app I have seen before; it has a very friendly interface that makes email creation a breeze; excellent analytics and a very fair price.

I constantly have issues with my block styles. It's especially frustrating when the block style would register in desktop but not mobile.

Klaviyo has problems integrating to point of sale (POS) services, since when trying it the platform usually collapses and we must restart the work, which takes us too much time.

I started using Klaviyo last year and have found it more customizable than some other email platforms. As a designer color customization, image sizing, and padding are important things for me.

This software seemed pretty great up front and even seemed really affordable. I am sure it can do quite a few things that I am fully unaware of.

There's also so many softwares this can get integrated into that I love the flexibility of it.

Klaviyo is amazing in handling our email lists. I particularly love how they segment our customers so we don't have to do it manually and can direct our communication with them accordingly.

The price point is great with very robust features for the future.

Omnisend is a one stop, they offer cart abandonment, followup email scheduling, and sms marketing. Awesome tool, and customer service is easy to work with and very helpful.

Omnisend is so seamless. I love how easily it integrates with shopify and how easy it is to create and send email blasts with special offers.

This is an effective platform for great execution in marketing. Setting up a multichannel campaign is quite easy and satisfying.

Overall, this is a great program and I am so glad MailChimp isn't supported by shopify anymore because I would of never found this.

But the most amazing feature has to be the unlimited subscribers - now this is the biggest benefit, because most email services charge you depending on how many subscribers you have.

Integrates with Shopify, easy to use and creates traffic and revenue. The email templates are pretty good.

Not all my emails go to my customers and they complaint that our email goes to junk and before this would not happen.

Sometimes when customizing your templates, it can get a little confusing.

The email templates are great, tons of super clean and responsive templates to work off of.

Ve had a lot of customers notify me that these emails go to SPAM.

I love the Live View so that I can see which products are being removed from the cart most often. I also love how easy it is to set up my marketing automations.

I am missing the function to be able to send automatic emails with the latest new products on a regular basis.

I've been using this app to send emails to my clients. It's super easy to use and the reports are great.

Standard for a template based email marketing system. But as a designer I find it frustrating.

So my primary method of advertising was cut off at Christmas, rendering this software useless to me at the time I needed it most.

I feel stuck unable to implement designs I want.

Generally very good we will continue to use the tool and hope to use more in the future.

I have been using several email campaign providers for the past 10 years yet none have had the best customer service, a simple set up and amazing templates that you can customize.

Some users have complained that they did not receive the email.
