Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love Klaviyo and have found it to be easy to use and has all the features and characteristics that we needed for less money than other similar providers.

  • Klaviyo makes it super easy to segment customers based on any number of attributes. This has been such a great feature that I can really get granular about my audience.

  • Cons

  • Their onboarding process could be easier They have tutorials but they're fuzzy and should be made available with webinars being an option.

  • Support is excellent however can be a little delayed waiting for email replies. Pricing can also be hard to understand when you first start using with cost per contact.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, great customer support and value for money

  • I like the fact that it does a lot of the analysis for me and provides me useful information to optimise the accounts. It saves a lot of time if you were to do this manually.

  • Cons

  • Some of the more advanced features aren't as user friendly but they have been great about improving.

  • There is not so much cons about this software, maybe the high price and a more responsive customer support
