Powerful Email Automation Software with Outstanding Customer Care.

My overall experience with Klaviyo has been great. I would definitely recommend.

It is very intuitive and it's very easy to customize emails. They have a lot of great templates that you can use to make great emails very fast.

We recommend Klaviyo to our clients who sell online and are in need of a powerful email solution. Klaviyo is our go to recommendation.

Because it is a more in depth platform, it can be a bit intimidating for less experienced users.

The pricing model sucks. You need to manually deactivate list members rather than being based on email volumes.

It integrates well with Big Commerce allowing me to make a lot of good marketing decisions.

I liked how easy the onboarding process was and definitely like the price. The platform is also easy to use.

It's a bit getting used to but you can do most of what you want with them. Really good templates for those starting out and experienced as well.

This product is incredibly user friendly. I can't say enough good things about it and I have gone out of my way to recommend it to people.

It has the best native integration with shopify and lots of flows (automations) that you can use to increase sales.

Unreasonable and unprofessional customer support/service 0 probably untrained. Absolute rudeness on the phone.

Functionality is great, because the emails are very timely and the ability to send on command is there.

Although unnoticeable to customers surfing your site, Klaviyo also throws a few error on your page as it uses deprecated (out-dated) code.

It is filled with great features like no other email app I have seen before; it has a very friendly interface that makes email creation a breeze; excellent analytics and a very fair price.

I constantly have issues with my block styles. It's especially frustrating when the block style would register in desktop but not mobile.

Klaviyo has problems integrating to point of sale (POS) services, since when trying it the platform usually collapses and we must restart the work, which takes us too much time.

I started using Klaviyo last year and have found it more customizable than some other email platforms. As a designer color customization, image sizing, and padding are important things for me.

This software seemed pretty great up front and even seemed really affordable. I am sure it can do quite a few things that I am fully unaware of.

There's also so many softwares this can get integrated into that I love the flexibility of it.

Klaviyo is amazing in handling our email lists. I particularly love how they segment our customers so we don't have to do it manually and can direct our communication with them accordingly.

Limited features, limited templates, unable to add multiple tabs or pages.

Shortstack was very easy to use without extensive software knowledge in this space other than creating simple websites. It was easy to use and there was ALWAYS customer support at my beck and call.

It has always been able to do what I needed from it and we have created some very cool quizzes, competitions and particularly advent calendars, which is what I originally sought out Shortstack for.

Luckily the online support team is VERY responsive when I need help. Plus all of the videos they have online are a great help when you don't want to constantly ask for help.

Having to pay for additional logins even at the higher levels.

Overall, the process of using ShortStack has been great, but it is a bit pricey if you are only going to implement a small handful of time-sensitive campaigns a few times a year.

I have enjoyed the few campaigns I have created. It was fun to play around with and easy to make.

The widgets are sometimes a bit confusing to use.

Shortstack offers a great drag and drog type page builder with several contest tools that allow us to run successful contests.

Loved all of the different options that you had to create an awesome contest and the customer support is outstanding.

I love how easy ShortStack is to set up and use. I was able to design and deploy a beautiful landing page for a contest without needing to use any code.

Great options on interactive quizzes, landing pages and contests. Awesome features like autoresponder emails and entry hosting.

We love the reporting and the seemingly infinite design capabilities for landing pages.

It was cutting off the submit button once someone uploaded images to their entry.

I like that it is easy to integrate into my website.
