"A tool which serves value for money"

PROS

Its a very consistent & glitch free tool. It covers maximum metrics in social profile tracking. Very flexible team who always ready to take your inputs & implement them as early as possible. Entire team makes sure of excellent client management. Overall the tool is good for customization & serving us best value for money compare to other tools.

CONS

Search module could have been much simpler / more dynamic in nature keeping in mind changing needs to the industries. Post & comment insights have been part of same module as they belong 1 single unit. Some consolidation of modules should take place to serve more objectives / insights

One module of Sysomos which is for social profiles tracking is very inconsistent in nature which is not the case with Konnect Insights

Excellent tool with great features and more importantly simple and beautiful user experience

The best tool I have used so far. Automation of tickets, classification, Queuing are some of the best features.

Excellent CRM/ social listening tool to manage crisis communication at a reasonal price

Konnect Insights has helped us to realise the gaps in our marketing campaigns over the years. It has helped us to close those gaps and also helped us to understand strategies used by competitors to promote their products. It has helped us to do first hand research around products released by competitors and to stay updated.

PROS

The features and services offered by Konnect Insights are easy to use and user friendly. The reports generated can be sent to anyone for quick view. You don't need to login to view the reports. Customised dashboards helps to present data with actionable insights. 90% of the sentiment analysis provided by the tool on social media post analysis is authentic compared to any other listening tool available. Analysis of Instagram stories is really good. Analysis of posts and insights gathered from competitor social media channels is really commendable. Instant support from Konnect Insights customer service team. Details mentioned in the graphs are detailed and each graph is clickable for more information. It has also launched social media command centre recently and now we love it more. Overall the tool has never disappointed me ever since I started using it.

CONS

Currently it does not capture activities on TikTok which is a big challenge for music record label like us. We do lot of influencer activity on TikTok and thousands of audience create videos everyday using our song. We don't have a tool that can capture TikTok activity as of now.
