Ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est que la vente est "processé". Création de l'audience (segmentation) > enrichissement des données natives via Linkedin Sales Nav + Dropcontact > messages Linkedin / Mails / Twitter / voice messages intégrés > labelisation des leads en fonctions du type de réponse > central inbox pour gérer les réponses > lien via CRM. En somme ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est le process, fluidité et robustesse. #### Cons Cela fait plus de deux ans que j'utilise le produit, au début il y avait des progrès à faire sur le suivi des campagnes, la messagerie centralisée, la labélisation des leads, la gestions des OOO, ... mais avec le temps , l'équipe produit / tech à su s'adapter aux besoins utilisateurs. Je dirai qu'aujourd'hui je n'ai aucun point de friction. Je pense cependant important d'indiquer que l'outil est plutôt pensé pour faire de la prospection ultra- personnalisée.
