User Interface could be more modern-styled

I wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy unless I was trying to waste his time. It has a ton of potential but is so inconsistent. The really annoying part is if you setup a scrape that lasts an entire day and it crashes you lose everything. I suggested a log that populates after each scraped city so you don't lose all of your work. This would be incredibly easy to achieve but the support said the dev was unwilling to help. Insane.

What I liked about this software was the first week I used it. It was pretty fast and pulled the info I needed. It's advertised as being able to scrape 100 cities at a time and the CSVs that it spits out are clean.

It just doesn't work as advertised. You can't scrape 100 cities at a time. That lasted all of a week. Then the app started crashing after 45 cities. Then 25, then 10, then 5. Eventually, it became unusable. I talked to support and they had a dev look at the issue. The software worked better on a BETA they released but slowly got worse again. I tried to work with the developer to figure out the issues but he kept telling me I'm the only one having the problem and his dev refused to look into it anymore even though I was willing to experiment and pass along logs. These guys have ZERO INTEREST in improving their app. I even said if they gave me another code instead of a refund (because at the time I was getting 45 cities scraped) I would consider that an acceptable compromise. The support then became rude. App devs ... if you have a customer willing to work with you to fix your bugs, do it! We have several apps and these types of customers are unicorns. Take advantage.

While not perfect, the product works as promised, and does so efficiently with a minimum of annoyances. What more could you ask for?

This was easy to use. I have used competitive software that was more expensive, that returned signiicanty less results, but email verification is built in to leadscrape - not the competitors - proxy is build in - not the competitors. To avoid being blocked using other products, I had to pay for a Virtual Server, and pay for rotating proxies, this expense is now gone. I like being able to use on 2 machins, because my VA runs this almost daily on strategic niches, but if I have an immediate tactical need - I can run the tool with no conflict. The supplemental information above name address phone and email is also very helpful in prioritizing followup.

When I run multiple cities, and one of those cities is a large city, the software wil sometimes crash. I avoid that issue by running major cities on their own, but combining lookup by mulitple cities. I't a minor aggravation, but can be dealt with. The Mac Version, the opening screen where you pick your audience to harvest, is very small, and you have to drag the screen to actually see the forms that need to be filled.

I am able to easily get cold leads to email & call for new business.

The price is high, but it does work quite well.

This is one of the most powerful lead scraping tools I have used (and I have access to many). Features like bulk import of locations and areas instead of individually scraping makes this a powerhouse. The results are fantastic and it finds data like email, name, address etc with high accuracy. After running the emails through various email scrubbers the rates of invalids have been quite low. We've been using this for almost a year and I highly recommended it if you are looking for a cost effective lead scraping tool.

This software is basic, it is not complicated with various features, so maybe advanced users would prefer some features, but honesty it serves my purpose

I've been using Lead Scrape software for several years and just recently upgraded to the Business Version. Both are excellent in helping me gain a better understanding of what businesses are in my market area. The Business version is a huge help by digging deeper. It's the only tool I have that will get email addresses with almost no effort or cost. I don't expect any tool to get lots of current email addresses unless it's a human calling, or I pay for them. I'm very happy with the quality of the software and the results I get with Lead Scrape. Great product, a great tool to have in my "tool chest". And, it comes with excellent support!. Richard Harris

East to use. Works great. I was able to start using the product and them purchase the business version later after I was sure it was the right product for my needs.

I like the product. It's focused on a specific function or objective. Adding features would be ok if it doesn't complicate things or make it difficult to support.

Using Lead Scrape has saved me dozens of hours. Even if you don't intend on using this product for cold calling/cold emailing/cold messaging, it is a great tool to discover new businesses in a particular area. You can get as little or as much information as possible about each business as well with the various parameters you can choose from. Lead Scrape doesn't have the prettiest layout, but its functionality is next to none.

Easy to set up and get started when it comes to pulling leads. IT was very simple and very easy to organize the information to use for the business.

You have to search city by city. It would be great if you could search from a state level or a country level.

If you look for lead scrappring app, Lead Scrape with basic (standard) license it is not a good option. Choose Outscraper instead. I will be cheaper, more accurate and with better integration to other tools. And it is not server-side - so your PC must be running all the time.No multicity or multicategory with standard plan is a pain in the a** when you want to search a whole province or big city for one/multi category leads.I don't recomment this tool regards to price/result ratio. Outscraper is better.

- it is a PC app so it runs only if your PC runs (no cloud/server option)- with standard license it is very limited (they push you to buy pro license)- with standard license only one city (no multicity) or one category (no multicategories) can be fetched- with standard license there are limited data sources (so only 5% of companies/datasets are fetched)- no emalilable validation service integration (important for me)

It's been great, overall for the price I'd say its well worth it.

I'm really enjoying using Leadscrape Business version, it's proving to be a great service. I have used Leadscrape for 2 years now and found it to be a great tool, especially when used in combination with other inexpensive lead software.

I would say that the system doesn't always return searches which I would deem quite obviously existing at times. For example, 'holiday cottages' in.. a rural area.. Known to have holiday cottages. Once more, I think the software could vastly improve by having much better search options and more niche types of industries..

I use this software all the time to capture new business (which is what our companies sole type of sales comes from).

What I like most about the software is you can target a certain area instead of looking at a broad range.

Lead Scrape is one of the first lead scraping tool that I used and so far it’s the most fit for my tasks. It has. A lot of features that makes lead scraping a lot of easy work and provides high accuracy of data. It is cost effective and will surely be of big help in your lead scraping tasks.

Some of the companies do not have the correct Website address.

I have been able to good quality lists. When I have them verified the results tend to be very good on more of the lists I scrape. The program is easy to use and works quite quickly. I would buy it again for what I was and will be doing. I anticipate upgrading my plan when I need to scrape more lists.

It works quickly and returns good quality leads.

It was a small challenge to learn how to work with it using my screen reader (NVDA). Once I figured it out it worked quite well. The only other con is a shame on me work wanting more than I am willing to pay for.

Lead Scrape is a great way to scrape emails from LinkedIn and google Maps. Installation is very simple and straightforward. It does not have any bugs or issues that I've encountered so far, it works as advertised and provides you with all the data you need in an organized manner.
