  • Pros

  • Once trained the product/software is easy to use and provides a great follow up service to our customers plus peace of mind for the user.
  • The integrations make it easy to work with no matter which ecosystem you might be in.
  • Cons

  • That I can't see reports as a user...or graphs. I don't like that there is no chat with other users feature.
  • Being too busy to read/learn and make full use of all features is a shame.
