I've looked at every other stupid option there is and one of the most expensive ones is like $500/month. When I looked at the customization they do for outreach and replies which isn't built into this, but it's not worth it. It is trash by comparison. This system works the key is you have to get your messaging right Cons: Overall the system can have some difficulties navigating it. It's not as intuitive as I would like but it isn't horrible either. Its process flow is well built but like if you have to dive into it, you have to get to know it. On the bright side their customer service is bar none awesome and there's a lot of customer service documentation out there.
