The tool for list building and building relationships
It is easy to set up and easy to use to create lists. I also like the InMail features and being updated when companies make staff changes or have financial updates.
PROSI like how I can see updates that people from the company post, and I get notified every day when there is added info for the companies I am watching. I like the ability to segment job titles and company revenue when I am creating new lists.
CONSI wouldn't say I like that I must have this tool as part of my tech stack to get full use of LinkedIn. But it is a great tool. If you are paying for your tools, this can get a bit pricy with everything else you have to have, calendar, emails, and data tools.

I have been using it for years and still worth it
I started using Sales Navigator Years back. Sometimes I canceled my subscription in between, but mostly I had it. I am a Lead Gen specialist, so, it's a must for me! I even managed my client's accounts to nurture leads. Sales Nav is one of the most powerful tool you can buy with money, probably the most powerful! Plus, LinkedIn offers minimum of 15 inMails with LinkedIn premiums (including Sales Nav), which allows you to message anyone in the world (who is on LinkedIn) and guarantee you to reach their inbox! That's massive!
CONSIt can be complicated for even for a intermediate user! And, it's pricey.

Powerful relationship and Information tool
Overall I find the Navigator useful in particular when integrated with CRM such as SalesForce. It helps to acquire additional information for the account
PROSI liked the most the possibility to engage directly in a discussion with a targeted individual and also share some files that contain short product or company introduction to generate interest. I also like the possibility to search by account, industry and job titles and save those searches . Valuable information can be found for the hiring trends, postings etc for the respective target accounts
CONSthe reporting as i was not able to see if the individuals have seen my mail and track their interactions with the message. the low response rate, but this is a complex topic that depends of many factors

Lead Generator
Nowadays it's not easy to reach people out and engage them in your business. Linkedin Sales Navigator is basically a paid service that you get from LinkedIn. It helps you to reach out to people of various industries by just searching it from keywords. You will get to see all the people from your industry or the industry you are targeting with just one click. It also helps you to make groups of these same people just to keep a tab on them while sending some relevant information.
CONSIt is good to go if you want to expand your reach to potential people on LinkedIn.

"A remarkable application for generating sales leads"
I think LinkedIn sales navigator is the no. 1 professional network for prospecting leads and finding the lead contact information that helps me to get valuable information for sorting out sales leads and others. Amazing!
PROSLinkedIn Sales Navigator is a terrific tool for generating sales leads. It includes excellent capabilities for locating the majority of potential leads, such as customized search strings and other variable filters.
CONSThere are no complex subjects that I dislike. However, the subscription charge is very exorbitant; therefore, lowering the rates would be a fantastic idea.

a product that only eases restrictions
With the review that I exposed previously, the price-quality relation with respect to what is offered for that sum of money is bad. There are plans that are more useful as recruiter lite, although as its name indicates, it is more suitable for that type of role. I do not recommend paying for this product unless money was not an issue.
PROSThe benefits of this product are such only for being part of the largest labor network in the world: Linkedin. It makes it easier for us to find more business contacts and to increase our networking more easily with tools such as InMail messages, advanced search, among others.
CONSAs I mentioned earlier, unfortunately this product is thinking of skipping some of the free account restrictions and showing them as features, such as: unlimited user searches, extension of weekly contact requests (in the free version they are 50 per week as of today ), and have 20 inMail messages per month. It also offers some minor improvements. All this for the modest sum of 69USD if it is billed annually (monthly is even more expensive).

Fantastic Tool for Lead Generation
It was highly affective tool. Feature like saving the leads & search criteria saves time & hassle free for generating leads.
PROSLinkedIn Sales Navigator is the best tool I have ever used for lead generation & for marketing our business. It haves an wide range of filter options which will allow us narrow down deeply to find the exact lead for the business. Options for saving the searches & leads are highly effective.
CONSIt was a great tool but but it would awesome if some more features in filter option can be added like previous company location, Academic year.

LOVE LinkedIn Navigator
I’ve been using LinkedIn Navigator since 2015 and it’s only gotten better. The filters for prospecting are very accurate and very advanced. Once you save a list LinkedIn Navigator automatically adds people with similar titles and roles. I’ve never gone back into a list and had the same contacts, I’ve always had additional leads that I could chat and connect with.
CONSThe only thing I would suggest possibly adding a keyword section where the information does not HAVE to be in their title but then again it probably already exists.

Great database of leads, easy to filter, save and contact
Sales navigator allows to find leads and reach them reliably with ease, for quite a modest price. It's very easy to segment the leads and the quality of the contacts is generally high.
PROSThe rich options to segment your potential leads, the autoupdate of a saved search with leads, the ease of contacting potential leads, the ability to send them inmails which they can easily read right from their mail.
CONSIt's great, I somehow miss an option to easily view the message history with a lead, within the saved search view. Also for some countries the leads are few/linkedin is not popular it seems.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a Must-have for any sales rep doing MM/Enterprise sales.
Overall, I'm pleased with Sales Navigator. I know it is not a cheap platform, but I feel like this is a must have for any sales rep who is doing Enterprise sales.
PROSI love that I can search any company and find the most recent contacts who are in a decision making position. I also love the ease of search - it is so important that I can navigate around the tool quickly to find who I need. This tool is only as useful to me as a sales rep if it can surface up info quickly.
CONSUnfortunately, most if not all the data is self reported. So I can also find my decision makers who want to be found - if someone is not on LinkedIn or did not update their job title, I can't find them.

Most interesting functionality IMO: supercharged filters
The fact that it allows one to filter leads based on seniority
CONSPricing does not match the valued delivered. Moreover, it still keeps you kinda hooked to the linkedin ecosystem, when a number of leads is not really active in the platform

Great feature for outbound
The thing I like the most is the fact that we can set up alerts on the "alert settings", allowing us to track when a lead started a position in a new company, notice when someone is mentioned on the news and when a lead has engaged with our companies' post. It's also great to see the predicted level of interest in our company. The InMail feature is good for cases in which they don't accept our connection request.The last thing I'd like to highlight is the possibility of having an intro made by a common connection between me and a new contact.
CONSThe feature I like the least is the "recommended leads", since it's not that accurate. It happens quite often to have suggested leads from companies that are the opposite of what we are looking for.

An inevitable tool despite the downsides
It's an inevitable tool for a B2B salesperson or a marketer despite its cost, limitations and terrible support.
PROS- Best B2B database in the world - lead searches/account searches - save leads into custom lists - save searches to get auto update - prospects insights - unlimited view profiles and 3rd degree profiles discovery
CONS- expensive - capped usage (2500 leads per search or 1000 companies) - support is absolutely terrible (almost non existant) - messy to navigate between the plans - searches aren't so accurate, even by the filters

Amazing sales sourcing tool!
Love this tool! It’s changed the entire sourcing experience for me. I’ve been in sales for 7 years and this tool has been a game changer for me and my colleagues.
PROSLove that I can search for contacts within a company and filter my search by title, industry and location. It has made sourcing for our sales team so much more efficient and effective. Love that I am able to create lists with the new contacts I’ve identified in each company and then use that list to message each contact via sales navigator. I’ve been able to make the most of my time during sourcing and have had a lot of responses on LinkedIn.
CONSI would like to be able to extract the lists I created to an excel spreadsheet so I can keep the information handy to send to my leadership team and show them what I’m working on.

Great for tracking and relationship matrices, but not a contact lead generator
Very easy to use and a great place to keep tabs on updates of key customers and accounts.
PROSIt brings in the best features of LinkedIn, including the ability to connect with contacts of contacts, and allows more effective warm intros to new leads.
CONSContact details are at the mercy of individual users updating their data in LinkedIn, which they often do not, so contacts are often outdated or incorrect.

I like how it makes it much easier to find decision makers in target companies
The advanced filters. Being able to use some extra parameters when filtering and trying to find the ideal person to talk to is great
CONSThe fact that most of the time I can't get access to email addresses and phone numbers, which obliges me to wait for a response on linkedin instead of being able to actively reach out via other mediums (InMail solves part of that problem, as it also goes to the prospects' email inbox, but still underwhelming.

You can harness the power of LinkedIn for all your leads. The amount of filters you can use is more than enough and you able to break down your search to the closest buyer persona.
CONSPrice, for people not in the USA it can be very cost at $100 a month.

You need it. But the results are not commensurate with the cost.
The experience is good at the beginning, the tool works very well, you can segment, run campaigns, contact prospects. As you progress in the use, the success in using the tool is reduced, because many people do not accept the connection, or do not respond to the messages because they receive too many.
PROSWe are all on LinkedIn, so it is a fundamental tool for the commercial team. It provides very good information on each contact. The segmentation tools are really useful.
CONSPrice. For a sales team, the cost of all Sales Navigator licenses becomes very relevant. Consider that people are already a bit tired of being contacted through Linkedin, so many attempts are frustrated, connections are not made, or they simply ignore you. Therefore, the cost is not in line with the benefits.

Really Helpful when Targeting Executive Level Decision Makers
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a powerful tool when you learn how to use it. It helps you locate employees within an organization and provides excellent resources to connect.
PROSI used LinkedIn Sales Navigator for a few months while seeking a partnership with a manufacturer in the Plumbing and HVAC sector. Sales Navigator was awesome in helping me determine who was likely a decision maker at each level. One great feature is being able to find Executive level employees within an organization. It made enterprise sales much easier to manage. It is also particular helpful at connecting with an individual when you cannot reach them by phone.
CONSInitially it was difficult to navigate through. It was not as user friendly to self teach as I had originally hoped.

A good tool to get email address for LinkedIn customers
It will show the target's email address on its LinkedIn page, with just a click.
CONSAs I know, it has stopped work for a time. What a pity.
