The menu organization is kind of nuts. It’s difficult to find what I’m looking for, reporting is challenging because of this.

Selected them this time and was amazed at the support they provided and the remarkable products.

The best Listrak’s advantages for us is that they provide us Email automation and Conductor tool to deploy emails which is very easy and user friendly.

Some features can not be understand until you go through the Webinar or support. Shopping cart abandonment and popup message are the examples.

Dive in head first, and watch your business grow. Seriously, no puffery here.

I really can't think of anything negative to say about Listrak at all.

It gives us a dedicated account manager which helps us to manage all the mails perfectly and we can work on it easily.

By Listrak platform we can extract some of the terrific customer’s behavior and their data to know about our customers’ needs and their future and past thinking’s about our company.

The thing I like the most about Listrak is the ease in using the software. I love the flexibility it provides, and I am a fan of the heat maps.

Having a dedicated account manager to help lead you in the right direction is really great. Rep. has done the absolute best job in providing us with guidance.

When we are working on Listrak’s then we have a failure to change the designs between desktop area and mobile.

Not a lot of value is included with the Listrak license--they try to charge you a separate license and implementation fee for many basic features. Poor after purchase support and guidance.

We’ve been very pleased with our purchase and on boarding process. Need more training in order to overcome the UI hurdles.

It’s capable of anything and the support staff is very supportive and knowledgeable.

So far, so good, working in this on behalf of a client. It took some time to get used to it.

Listrak's support team has also been incredibly helpful in certain scenarios, too.

Custom fields, call logs, integration with Google Calendar and email just really round out this product. Support is fantastic as well.

I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.

The support and attitude of Sharpspring has been brilliant and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.

The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.

The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.

It's also been a game-changer for our B2C clients, who are able to personalize and segment their marketing efforts to specific customers, and have seen great growth in engagement and revenue.

The lack of integrations across more common softwares makes it difficult to integrate for every client we work with.

Overall, I'm very happy with my expereince with SharpSpring. I think it is a functional tool that is easy to use and it feels good to have check lists and to do's that are easy to set up.

When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.

The ease of use is great. It is an intuitive platform that allows for quick implementation and roll-out of automated marketing initiatives.

Custom reports are not custom (you cannot filter by custom fields, for example). Reporting in SharpSpring is very poor.

We have integrated Sharpspring with other software systems which has been seamless and has allowed us to develop a really powerful platform.

I recommend it because it is a complete platform. Impeccable support and help and a lot in the growth of my clients' business.

And for new users and administrators, SharpSpring support is AWESOME. I can't say enough about how responsive and helpful everyone is.

Some nuance to the user interface and limitations with exporting results. Realizing full potential may mean reworking your workflow entirely to abandon central tools.

I love the great e-mail marketing campaigns, show the statistical analysis of the conversions through each campaign, and find what clients are clicking, viewing, and making them convert.

Their recently launched Book Me/Meeting feature is an awesome addition to the interface, and I'm excited to start using it.
