Their customer support is great, despite some frustrating policies and plan changes. I'm still happy with the service and will continue to use it. I probably wouldn't still be with Localize without them. Cons: Like many businesses, Localize has raised prices and diminished plan features. The do a poor job dealing with bot traffic, and with the overall increase in bots across the web, it's become a consistent issue with out account. Nice and easy to get my website translated into multiple languages via a human being, utilising the wordpress CMS. Localise ticked all the boxes, especially with the human translation offering and the WP integration. Cons: he lingo used. As a new user and someone who uses SaaS apps all the time, the word 'Phrases' didn't resonate with me and felt like it over complicated a very straight forward process: I want to translate my whole website into x language. There is also the added complication of having to buy credits too, but thats no biggy. I logged a couple tickets in the 'translate my website via a human' process in the end. Instead of waiting for major content updates, we can get translations almost instantly.
