Pros/Cons
Pros
- Love the ease of use and the ability to collaborate with all my clients. I also appreciate the idea starters and the usage of Unsplash imagery.
- The calendar view is wonderful. The customer service really gets me — the original onboarding was very friendly, and when I had a question about my most current account, the chat was super fast.
- Loomly is great for growing teams and companies, since it gives a great value/money results. It rarely unlinks accounts, which was one of our main issues with our previous solutions.
Cons
- Buffer is terrible and I had to cancel because of the problems we were having. Waiting for that part of loomly to roll out.
- It is a shame that we can no longer publish to Instagram automatically.
- Instagram fails to post constantly and you have to renew connections all the time. The whole point of using a scheduler is getting to just set it and forget it.
Pros
- I love the ease of setting up and using this product. It's very visually pleasing and useful for supporting the overall life of a hashtag and event.
- My team benefits from saving time while searching for media coverage and Meltwater has great reporting analytics to show each client the amazing weekly progress.
- I like that I get a daily digest every morning at 9:30 am that helps me identify opportunities to engage with online users during the day.
Cons
- Tip to your sales team: stop being so aggressive and reading from a script it gets very annoying.
- Avoid this company at all costs. They have unethical and deceptive business practices.
- The customer service and their business practices are just unethical and deceptive.
