Pros
- The best tool to help you lead a market rather than just exist in it.
- Sentiment analysis and understanding customer behavior is the fastest, best and safest way. To understand what exactly your customers want, when, and where.
- The automated reports help keep track of key industry events and developments. I like that they are customizable, versatile and exportable to Excel and PowerPoint.
Cons
- Miscalculations were a riguler problem. Long time for historical data to be gatherd.
- There can be a delay in receiving exported reports via email.
Pros
- I love that I can create great looking emails with such ease. It has made a huge difference in my ability to communicate with my clients and two do connected drip marketing.
- The software is easy to use, it has great pricing and free services to get started. It allows you to see who is engaging in your emails and who is not, great design tools.
- Mailchimp, is an excellent cost effective solution for sending out mass emails to customers. It has great capability for both the tech savvy and non-tech savvy users.
Cons
- Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
- I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.
- This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.
