Postmark is a great, straightforward service with phenomenal support.

The deliverability is overall better than most providers and far superior to any shared host we tried. Their approach to separate marketing and transactional email flows is smart in that matter.

Pricing was a concern at first but well. If we have to pay for a 3rd party provider to deliver our e-mails, we'd rather spend a bit more and have e-mails inboxed rather than discarded or sent to spam.

I was having trouble with ALL my emails getting through, including crucial messages to new customers, so I was right away starting off on a bad note with new users. That is now a thing of the past.

It just works and gives much better deliverability. It also tracks email opens which is great for e-commerce.
