The email service is also good and I'm able to manage my email to my customers without hassle. Cons: Actually, I would have to think about that.. nothing comes to mind in first instance that can be said to be negative about mailer lite. Reasons for switching to MailerLite There were lot of spam complaints with ZOHO with lot of my emails not ending in inbox but going strat to Spam That doesn't happen with ML anymore. I like it's custom HTML email creator and AI assistant. It's super easy to use. I think they have one of the best customer support. Segmentation supports to organize contacts. It's easy to create campaigns in MailerLite. Since it gives unlimited seats with the advanced subscription it's super friendly to do the task and project management. Cons: Honestly I don't have any complains about MailerLite. I have been searching for a good email sending platform and finally I found it. Reasons for choosing MailerLite Not user friendly.
