I did a lot of research before signing up for Mailshake. One major reason I decided on this platform is that it’s feature-rich without being so complicated that I would have too much difficulty using it. It's been a tremendous relief knowing that [sensitive content hidden] will always respond promptly and conscientiously during business hours. To me, they seem more like good friends than tech support people I don't really know. The platform has many wonderful features. One of my favorites is Office Hours, held at the same time every week (on Wednesday). It's great to be able to drop in to ask your questions, get feedback and listen/learn from other subscribers. #### Cons There is admittedly a certain learning curve involved with using the platform. Also, it does have its limitations and bugs, though I believe that the company will work toward improving what needs to be improved upon. In addition to that, support is limited to business hours M-F Eastern.
