  • Pros

  • We have been thrilled with the service we have received this past year with this company. They respond quickly to our questions and have a very friendly staff.
  • The staff at Marketing360 do an outstanding job, they are responsive and they have met all of my expectations. I highly recommend them.
  • The team makes themselves easily accessible, and we have found their responsiveness to be top notch. Most impressive is the significant growth in visitors to our site and immediate revenue increase.
  • Cons

  • Their customer support is awful, and the software itself is horrible. It's supposed to be a one size fits all software.
  • It is nothing more scam. Totally useless and total waste of time and money.
  • Worst business decision Ive made since being in business. I know of 5 other companies as well who all got the overpromise/underdeliver response I got.

  • She's certainly knowledgeable and on top of things. I appreciate her ability to listen and provide timely valuable advise and solutions within her reach.
  • I like how easy it was to set up the voting platform and having the real-time visual of the contest as it was in progress. Voters were very active and it was easy for us to share on social media.
  • For all the work they do it is a great price. The fact they know what they are doing means they are very fast and effective at it.
  • Cons

  • The platform itself is not well rounded, and is missing a critical features. Unable to set a campaign to be restricted by geographic location.
  • I've spent two months fighting to get my money back via the dispute process with my credit card company. They lied and told my credit card company they disclosed a no refund policy.
  • Horrible overall dealing with their customer service & billing issues.
