Marketo is a system that has evolved and solves most problems marketers come across.

I couldn’t be more happy with this software. My sales have increased dramatically and the quality has improved as well.

I uses this platform very often to run my different marketing automation campaigns. Their multiple automation features like sequencing the campaign is amazing.

It is a user-friendly interface which is easily understandable by you and it has a very brilliant capability of automating almost everything.

I occasionally have issues with email formatting and these problems are very hard to fix.

UI is bad, and Marketo Sky will help fix this, but it's taking forever for Marketo Sky to get to a point where I can actually use it. Many features do cost extra but you can pick and choose.

Marketo is good for setting up marketing campaigns and tracking revenue generated through campaigns.

The product has its name imprinted loud and clear and hence the pricing is a thing to worry about.

Its almost intelligent interaction with prospects allows our team great confidence in engaging and in capturing quality leads.

I like the web based access and it is intuitive and easy to customize depending on your report needs or just preference.

It is also a most useful tool for lead nurturing and has all the features required for email marketing. My favorite feature is that you can easily create dynamic campaigns and pre-schedule the run.

This is the second thing that I like about it. Marketo's amazing dashboards and reports features are the 3rd things that I like most about it.

Terrible customer support -- I couldn't reach anyone until I told them that I was canceling my account.

We loved the Marketo's  ability to rate and analyze our web pages and in addition to recommend tactics to boost our site's search ability. This is a vital feature specification on the marketing side.

It's allowed us to develop best practice templates that we use and clone for all of the Marketo programs and campaigns that we build.

The integration with Netsuite is very helpful and works really well. Easy cloning of programs and assets is a life saviour.

The integration with other platforms such as Salesforce and SDL Tridion is  out-of-box and very helpful for us. It has a slight learning curve, but the training is pretty decent.

I love this tool, we use it day to day and I would highly recommend it over any other Marketing Automation Platform.

It was difficult to make highly stylized emails and the in-browser only interface was cumbersome, fidgety, and difficult.

The email builder is weak and it takes some time to figure out how to use.

I like that it is extremely intuitive (once you figure it out).

Their API is very weak and limited. Lack of integration options and lack of support.

The community is very useful and the user groups have been very welcoming.

New feature functionality is questionable in the 2015-2018 vintage (pre-adobe) - eg Sky doesn't work as one example.

Also, they have pretty good ways to teach you about the fundamentals of the product. I've been using it for only a couple of weeks, but it seems well worth ​the money and useful.

I liked that the marketing platform has the capability to automate complex workflows.

The most difficult part of marketo is setting it up and understanding how to use it.

I love the ease of use and the organization Marketo uses, I also love how it is now integrated with so many Adobe services.

I also like how easy it is to see the success indicators all rolled up into one space. The ability to A/B test and the like is simple to set up.

I can usually figure out the problem while they are telling me it's not possible. This has happened multiple times.

There is a lot of amazing things that you can do with this tool and the scoring that is associated with leads is immense.

Marketo has been frustrating to use after using other marketing automation tools on the market.

A lot of possibilities that can get a bit overwhelming. Reports can be hard to understand.
